^^^^^ Clean & Tidy Thursday ^^^^^

I have court at 1:30 pm today, and I have not yet written the 6 or 7 page evaluation that is needed to present in court. I have all morning basically to get it done, but I hate leaving things to the last minute -- stresses me out! It should really only take me one hour or less if I can be left alone at work!

Workout today will be Bis and Tris from 4DS, then another stab at Kickbox (since that didn't go so well the other day). Still need to get some abs in sometime, maybe tonight.

Menu:

B protein shake
S half sandwich
L not sure if I will have time to come home .... ?
S banana
D chicken, pasta, and veggies

Be back after my workout!

My day will be busy - again. When is it not lately?

w/o will be HIS & chest/back. I'm feeling much stronger in my pushups w/ this new series - yay - finally!

Katie, I was wondering about your engagement photos too. I read your post about your Christmas tree. I was in the same dilemma last year. I was nervous about tipping the tree (but I didn't); nor did I have as much room. I still managed to get my workouts in. It can be done.... very carefully.

Kate, It's great that despite how busy you are you get your workouts in. Fantastic job! Big ^5 for feeling stronger with your push-ups. It's such a great feeling!

I'm really tired today but I was able to do 45min of Amy's KB. I need to do some abs later.

I hope they let you get your report done Katie. You would think at work you should be able to work in peace.

Good job with those push up Katie. Push-ups are not my fav but I still do them.

OMG I gained 1.5#, so for the next three days....low carb.
I think that stress makes me gain weight.

Thanks for asking, I think we decided not to do the pics this weekend but maybe next -- supposed to be cloudy this weekend, and we need more natural light.

Not sure what we will wear, we are going shopping this weekend and we will see what we find that looks good.

Katie, i'm sorry about court, your job seems very stressful. You're doing awesome though.

Kate, I havent tried HIS yet, how hard are the combos? I'm scared!

Shirl, Enjoy slo-mo! I'm hearing such good things. I slipped 2 discs 6 weeks ago, that grabbed my sciatic nerve. I've been in therapy, but slowly coming back!

Robin, stress can make hormones go bonkers, maybe that's affecting your weight. When i wasnt sleeping, i would gain weight, cortisol gets affected. Menu looks fantastic :)

Last night i did LIS for the first time, LOVED IT!! Had such a great time. I also did B&G's standing timesaver and floor/with abs.
I'm teaching at the university today, so got up at 4am, did MM upper body premix.
I will post menus later.

Katie - I hope you get your paperwork done. I get nothing done at work because everyone always has a crisis. Good luck finding an outfit for your engagement pictures.
Kate - We did the same workouts today :) I do find it easier to get through the pushups too.
Shirl - I am taking a break from slo-mo this week, but I will pick it back up next week.
Robin - I wish there was some magic to get rid of stress.
Steph - I haven't done MM in ages. Maybe once I get tired of the new workouts I will go back to it

Steph how's your back? Amy Slo-Mo is a little hard on my lower-back, so maybe you should wait until your back is 100%.

I was able to do CoreMax2, so I feel good about that.

My back is getting better, thank you for asking :) I appreciate it.

I wish they had a pill for stress too, i find sleeping helps a bit.
