[[[[[ Clean & Tidy Thursday ]]]]]

Well, I am really tired today. I'm not sure if it is the new workouts that are making me so tired or the stress of my job or what. Anyway, here I am at 5 am sipping my coffee, getting ready for BOOT CAMP! One hell of a workout for someone who is already tired, don't ya think?

Menu~

B strawberry protein shake
S half sandwich
L tuna, crackers, baby carrots
S banana, string cheese
D beef and broccoli, egg roll (baked, not fried!)

Hey Ladies....Kate where are ya?

Sorry about your stressful day yesterday katie. I'm like you comfort foods, like ice cream, chocolate candy, mac-n-cheese, makes me feel less stressed. I think when we eat these things it releases something in our bodies to calm us down.

I was too lazy again for a workout. I just layed there in my warm bed, I think it's the cool weather. Later on I'm going to try to do a step or ab w/o.

Well, change of plans for me. Collin woke up at 530 am, just as I was about to work out -- aggghhhhh!! He layed on the couch and watched Wiggles while I did most of Boot Camp cardio (the parts I could do, which wasn't that muchx( ). By the time I was done with that, there was no time left for weights. I guess we will hit bis and tris tomorrow.

I tried to squeeze in a few combos/blasts from IMAX2, but DF was not very cooperative of helpful with Collin. I got frustrated and mad at both of them, and yelled and turned it off. Now of course I feel guilty....

Since there were no weights today, the menu will change as well~

When are we leaving!!!! :):):) The Bahamas sound divine right about now. Life has been a little crazy lately.
Count me in as one who loves comfort food.

I did yoga for happiness this morning; the magically hips premix. It felt so good, I'm ready for anything.

Katie, I'm sorry about your morning. I hope you can get some time to yourself. Have you ever tried yoga?

Robin, I hope you get your workout in today. How's the water consumption?

Kate, Did you enjoy your rest day? Are the girls healthy?

Steph, I decided to do the rotation I made up. I think it's going to be a good one and allows me to use a variety of workouts. It's going to keep my body guessing but at the same time not be too much change. I may extend it to 12 weeks instead of 8 weeks. Quark sounds yummy. I'm going to look for some.

Colleen, Have you tried the chest & back premix from Slo-Mo? My premix cuts out after the incline chest flyes. There are supposed to be staggered push ups and a stretch. I contacted Amy and am waiting to hear back from her.

Katie, stress will get to you! Dont feel guilty, some days i think we're just not meant to workout. I'll work late, then rush, then the train is late, then the dog peed when i got home....something is saying, REST day!

Colleen, i did read about the new workouts! Seems kind of P90X ish, not sure though

Shirl, i love yoga for happiness, Ion is Canadian like me :)

Last night i did Kickbox, then the timesaver B&G's with the floor work, quite proud of myself!! Tonight will be MM, upper body. DH and i are having major issues, i'm shaking as i type! I hope i dont eat my feelings!!!

Sorry about your DH problems Steph. Oh no ladies we can not go to the Bahamas, we have to save $$$$ for Cathe new workouts. LOL Here we go again. How much do you think those new w/o going to be....$200?

My water has been so-so but now I'm going to try to drink water for the rest of the day.

I received very bad news that one of my close girl friends has been diagnosed with lung cancer.;( I feel numb, she has not called me to tell me because she knows what I went though when my husband died a few years ago. But I'm going to call her tonight.

That klondite ice cream with PB sounds nice right about now.

I'm going to go home to do BM2 that will cheer me up.
 
Oh Robin, i'm so sorry to hear about your friend.
This might be a good time for a power walk, i find getting out helps me think. I'm sure she will need your support.

Hello Colleen! I can't wait for the new workouts! I know very little about P90X, but this kinda seems like her version of it. Robin, it prob. will be about $200. When can I sign up?!

My days have been so busy recently...and nights too. Should be back to checking in now. I thoroughly enjoyed my rest day & looking forward to HIS & weights tonight! Eating has been on-track - I even went to PFs and didn't blow it!

Need to go figure out dinner - see ya later tonight!
 
Robin, I'm sorry about your friend. Did you get to do BM2 yet?

Kate, DH and I have had some troubles in the past, but not now. It's Steph that needs our hugs to get through this with her DH.

I'll be back; DH is home early and I have to get busy with dinner.

I did not do BM2 but did Tracey kickboxing instead. This w/o helped me with my stress levels. Good new I got Amy SloMo in the mail today YAY. Now I want to blend both Cathe4-day with SloMo.

Robin, I am so sorry about your friend. Do you feel better after your workout? Kickboxing always makes me feel better when I am really stressed out about something.

Hope everyone had a great day, I did NOT cheat today, not even ONCE! Yay for me!
