Katie, stress will get to you! Dont feel guilty, some days i think we're just not meant to workout. I'll work late, then rush, then the train is late, then the dog peed when i got home....something is saying, REST day!

Last night i did Kickbox, then the timesaver B&G's with the floor work, quite proud of myself!! Tonight will be MM, upper body. DH and i are having major issues, i'm shaking as i type! I hope i dont eat my feelings!!!
