Clean? Tidy? Saturday 9-29********

Everybody's sleepin' in today! I got to sleep until 7 - it was WONDERFUL!

B - shredded wheat, banana, a few raisins
s - apple
l - eggs w/ peppers
s - ????
d - spag sauce & meatballs over raw peppers & corn

Planning on a good circuit workout tonight. Any suggestions?

Good Morning Kate and everyone to follow.

I got early but spent my time working. I have finished up and now it is off to do a workout and then the rest of my Saturday activities.
For a circuit workout I like High Step Challenge. I think High Step Training Advanced might be better but I am not buying any old Cathe workouts until the Workout Blender comes out. I can't wait to create my own custom premixes.

I'm so sad reading your workouts :( Today is day 3, no workout, who know's how much longer but i dont want permanent back damage!
Today, i did manage to go for a walk, clean a bit and rake some leaves, now keep me away from the sweets!

Kate,enjoy circuit, i love BC or LIC!
Trixie, great workout, i think i would have done KPC today if i could.
Lets see how i do food wise, i'll post later.....

Hi Ladies...boy I'm late but I did do a workout this morning...Rhythmic Step. I still can't make it through the challenge, maybe next time.

My diet today was simi clean and tidy.

I was wondering if I'd be able to join the checkin. I tried to check in when the thread was first started but didn't do so well. I am determined to do better this time. I definitley could use some support and I'll offer some too. :) I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend!
