Sorry I was MIA most of the weekend! It was a decent weekend -- nothing spectacular, but of course I was at home and not at work, which I suppose qualifies as spectacular!

Saturday I was supposed to do KPC/L&G, but I ended up quitting half way thru my workout. My family was waking up and having fun without me, so I just stopped. My motivation seems to have left me lately, which sucks cause I was on a real high there for awhile.

Yesterday was a VERY active rest day -- Chris' uncle owns a small car lot, and asked us if we wanted to wash the cars on the lot for some extra cash. It was a fun family activity (Collin had a blast!), and it was definitely a workout for me. I am a bit sore today!

I am suspending my S&H rotation and planning something a bit different this week, hopefully it will shake things up and get me back into the groove. We will see I suppose...

I better get moving, bbl........................
 
WO done -- BM2 cardio -- if that doesn't get me back into the groove, I don't know what will! I *heart* wide lunges!!! :D

That sounds like a lot of fun, washing cars with your DS. I know that my DS would have loved it. Katie how long have you been lifting heavy. I know for me after 3 weeks of lifting heavy I just get tired and need a new rotation.

Wed-Amy Step and Pump
Thur-Power walk with vest and core
Fri-Leaner legs

Hey girls!

So, today will be our last day of moving and we will be able to sleep in the new house tonight! I ate terrible all weekend - moving and no time to get to the store to pick up some healthy choices. I didn't technically do a workout but my body was so tired last night, I don't know how I possibly could have. So, today we'll finish up and I probably will not be able to do a workout again, but tomorrow I'll be back on track. I just realized that Wednesday is the first of the month and I haven't written out my rotation for October yet! Crap!

Katie - What a great fun thing to do - washing cars! I saw a family washing their own car the other day and having a blast! Way to have quality fun time with the fam! Way to get your workout done this a.m.!

Robin - Your week looks good!

Okay - well I gotta get moving! Literally! :D

Imax 2 done! After I do that one I always feel like I should have lost about ten pounds. It's crazy! I'm fearful of the day I try Imax 3!

Katie, I love BM2 cardio. It's just happy. I totally understand getting bored with your WOs. Chalene Johnson (Turbo Jam lady) has this quote, "If working out isn't fun, you won't do it." I TOTALLY agree. This is why I love circuit/cardio WOs but died trying to do P90X even though I can admit it's an awesome workout!

Robin, did you read my message about our cats last night? :) I'll send them to you if you really want them! Your week of WOs looks great!

Natalie, how exciting that you're almost moved in. Tell us about your house! Is it new/built? I'm jealous that you live near a Lifetime Fitness! Caterpillar (who my husband works for) has a plant in Yorkville and the biggest reason I want to move there is so I can join Lifetime... silly, I know!

Anyway, I have lots of kashi to eat in the next 4 weeks before our movers come so I'll be eating lots of yogurt/kashi/strawberries for bfast. Not sure on lunch today - maybe some soup... trying to clean out the pantry. For dinner I'm making that strawberry fields salad from TGI Fridays.

Good Morning Everyone!

I can't believe it is Monday already. Both DH and I have lost all motivation to work. Hopefully our vacation will help but I doubt it. Since I finished my Sept. rotation on Saturday, I am doing the April 07 Strength, Endurance rotation. I lost a few pounds the first time I did it and I am hoping I will lose ## before my trip.

Katie, sorry you are losing your workout motivation. Maybe you just need a rest week from your stringent workouts and eating.
Robin, you have an awesome week of workouts planned.
Nat, congrats on the new house. I know you got a good workout moving all of your stuff. Hope you slept well last night.
Angie, Imax 3 is definitely harder than Imax 2, but you will work up to it. I don't think Imax2 is that bad now.

It's a grey day here and I am lacking motivation. I am feeling crampy and wierd and I WANT TO SEE THIS BABY!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I'm going to pack my bags today.

I got a 20-min. powerwalk between errands this AM. Will do more cardio tonight or maybe weights. Last night I did 40 min of cardio - Preggi Bellies. :D

Okay, I'm so caught up in looking at Cathe's older workouts. I love the music in power max - it's all from my jr high/high school days. It's awesome!!
 
Angie, Terminator is one fo the few DVDs I don't have. I don't have anything on VHS - I'll have to check out PowerMax though!

Eats are clean. Good thing we have no cookies in the house or else my eating would be not-so-clean.:eek:

Terminator w/o I don't have this one but I was looking at the Cardio Hits w/o. Yes Angie I read your post last night but I don't think that I can handle more cats now. Sorry but I'll check with my family to see if anyone is looking to adopt a cat.
Nat I know that you will be happy once the moving and unpacking is complete.
Colleen I think that we are doing the same rotation :)but I added a few w/o so that I can mix Amy and Cathe.

About me: I'm a 35 year old stay at home mom to 3 DD's-Danica(9), Milla(6), and Nevena(2). I love working out and I love eating just as much;) I mostly do Cathe, but right now my husband and I started a round of P90X-again. I hope I can finish it this time-got bored last time.

So today was P90X Chest/Back. I'll do some abs tonight. Not sure about Ab RipperX-hurts my hip flexors.

Lunch was out... AGAIN! I did the right thing - grilled chicken salad with just a tiny bit of lite italian dressing. Tonight is another salad!

Klaudia, welcome to our crew! The more the merrier. Good luck with your P90X! I tried it almost 2 years ago. I was SOOOO pumped but I just couldn't handle it - got bored too even though with the eating plan I got great results. I find that Cathe's energy works so much more for me.

Robin, no worries... just thought I'd check. It's so heartbreaking to have to give them away. I thought we'd have them forever. I have to remind myself that they're just cats. :)

Katie, sorry you're having a rough afternoon with Collin. My kids are driving me semi-crazy today too. That's why we're "napping" and watching Lilo and Stitch.

Kate... is that baby here yet???!!!

I've been working my way through Cathe's old workouts today and making a spreadsheet based on priority of which workouts I want. I want to build up to the entire collection so I can do the rotations. It's just going to take a while!

OK... only 2 more hours until Ryan gets home.

Angie, ^5 on the clean-eating today!!! No baby yet!:mad: I *know* its early, but blast it! I'm ready! :D Actually, I need to pack and get some things for the birth arouns still, but c'mon girlie!!! We wanna see ya!!!:p And since you like M.Endurance so much you would LOVELOVE Power Hour. There are 2 other WO's on it - Max. Intensity Strength and the origianl BodyMax. Haven't done the other 2 in a long while but I *heart* PH - it's just like ME.

Klaudia, Glad you joined us!!!! How far are you guys into your P90X rotation? I'd say it's giving you great results!!

I just finished PH, minus the lunges and abs. I also had to skip the dead lifts - baby is in a wierd spot and they were super uncomfortable. *Trying* to listen to my body. Unfortunately I also listened when it HOLLARED at me to eat chocolate chip cookies after dinner! The fam was begging!:eek:

Had a good day today. Waiting for Mike to finish lifting then we're going to do some HypnoBirthing practice and Hopefully pack some stuff for the birth center!
