Great news I've cleaned out my computer cookies and now I can play around with WM.

Since I don't have much space to w/o maybe I'll just find my 1RepMax. i'll start today and try to do some more after I come back from NC.

My water weight is down and Ifeel less bloated today.

Today I have no work except to pack for the trip and packmaxing. I think my son's room is going to take a week to pack. He has so many toys.

Angie, I'm sorry about your grandmother. Sending you (((hugs))) and prayers. Maybe you'll be able to exercise today to relieve some sadness.

Robin, Happy to hear the water weight is down. I hear ya on having lots of toys. I can't imagine having to pack them all. It sounds like you have a good exercise plan while you're away. Kudos to you!

Jenn, Amy's stuff always looks so good to me. I haven't preordered anything from her lately. I plan on getting them in a trade.

Hello to everyone else!

Workout today is a Kettlebell workout and some extra core. I won't be home most of the day. I'm packing clean snacks and a lunch. Dinner is leftovers - clean. Breakfast is yogurt w/lowfat granola & a banana.

I am still tired from the RT. I almost drove past the highway I needed to get on to go to work. I guess I was trying to go to Target for the day instead. I should have done that instead since my needy coworkers are lining up to talk to me. Yuck!

Angie, so sorry about your grandmother. Hopefully you can take a walk to help you.
Robin, it sounds like your house is boxmax central. When are you planning to move?
Shirl, good plan to trade for the new Amy Bento workouts. I preordered them just so I could get them cheaper.
Kate, Katie, & Steph, do you feel like you have 5 million things to do today and your just too tired to do them?

Hey ladies,

Thanks for all the hugs. :) I'm doing better today. Yesterday I was just dragging. I got out of bed pretty easily this morning and took the girls out in the stroller to rollerblade. It felt good and did get out some sadness.

My new WOs come today! LIC/DM! My UPS man always comes late so hopefully he's early today so I can try one out during my evening workout.

Food today... um, not sure.

B: my usual granola/yogurt/fruit
S: banana
L: turkey? string cheese? fruit?
D: Chicken/peppers/rice

I'll check in later. Taking the girlies to the pool. A little sun never hurt anyone.
 
Colleen I plan to move by the end of August but the investors may want me out sooner than that.

YAAAY Angie LIC is low int.circuit or low int cardio? Really I love them both. I'm glad you are not so down today.
 
Hey ladies, sorry for the late check in. I slept in, and then spent my morning unpacking and putting out various fires around my house. Collin peed in the bed, etc. etc.

I took a few brisk walks today and tonight I will go B&G abs and stretch.

Menu is...

b protein b'fast bat
s cantalope, almonds
l salsa chicken salad, wheat crackers
s same as above
d rotisserie chicken, broccoli, sweet potato

I will post some RT pics tonight or tomorrow. I am still recovering.

I just figured out how to use the chat section of the site. We can create a private chat and just talk among ourselves (you can password protect your chatroom). Isn't that really cool? Is anyone up for scheduling a chat later this week?
