I'm confused today. Why are the threads from yesterday mixed up with the ones today?

My w/o later on maybe 4DS bootcamp or 45min walk in the park. On top part of my shoulders have some DOMS.

s-yogurt
l-spegetti and meat sauce

I changed the bottom of this page to sort by Thread start time. This way yesterdays' posts will be at the bottom.

I am sooooo happy to report that I didn't gain excessive weight on vacation!!! I've 27 wks. pg and I've gained 16 lbs. so far. 13 weeks to go! If I gain a pound a week (avg) then I'm on track to gain 30 lbs. I had hoped for better (I gained 26 w/ Isabel) but oh well I guess, She must need it!

Lots of errands this AM, not totally sure on meals, but here's so far

Workout will be UB
Tuesday - LB
Wed - cardio!!!!!
Thur - rest

I was going thru all my RT stuff last night. I'm so excited!!!

Good Morning Everyone!

I finally feel refreshed this morning. I am over the allergies/cold mess I had the past couple of weeks. I guess the trip to the ENT was worth it. Last night I gathered my workout clothes for the RT and today I am going to Target to get a couple last minute things. Then I need to figure out my nonworkout outfits and I will be ready to go!

w/o was CoreMax (stability ball) & StretchMax (resistance band)
b: shredded wheat w/ almonds
l: tbd
s: berries w/ yogurt, chopped veggies
d: tbd

Try going to the checkin forum and at the bottom it will say Sorted by click on "Last Post Time" then go to sort order and click on "Decending". There you will see at least 3 of our threads.

Kate, congrats on the weight, i'm scared i'm going to gain weight over the RT weekend! I'll make sure you dont go exercise crazy, but you have to make sure i dont eat like a nut. Christian and I did go away,it was nice, still arent together though :(

I'm starting to freak out about the RT, so much to do, i have no idea what to wear, and dont want to buy stuff!
Eating yesterday was better than Saturday! Saturday was terrible. I also took a total rest day yesterday, can you believe that one!

Steph, I cannot imagine you overeating! YOu'll have to help hold ME back! I'm hungry right now - I think I'll go eat some salsa! (((hugs))) about Christian. Wish I could make it better for you. I am soooooo glad you took a rest day! Good for you! Will you WO on Thursday? What time does your flight leave? As far as what to wear, you will be waaay cuter than enormous me - wear your cute pants that you get custom-made! I get so overheated being pg I take most of my clothes off! I'm scared I'm going to need to whip my shirt off and everyone's gonna go running away from my scary-looking belly!

Robin, We wish you could come too!

JUst had a nap. Eats have been squeaky clean! So nice to be back to regular rountines. Will do UB weights after dinner tongiht.
 
I'm just checking to see if my meez came though yet. I can't even cook dinner because of Cathenation. LOL

Robin, I'm finding cathenation a bit overwhelming. I don't really want to do anything on it though til I get my original username back though! I want my post count!!:p

Dinner was clean (taco salad and watermelon) but I am too full.boooooo!

Good afternoon ladies,

Just put my chicken in marinade for tonight and trying to psych myself up for my double cardio tonight (4DS - kb/bc). Went for a 30 min strollerblade with my kids this morning. That gets my heart pumping. Stroller is prob 15 pounds and then my kids are 60 pounds together so it's a good wo.

Kate, how do you make your taco salad? I'm looking for all the recipes I can get.

How do you guys do mac and cheese with your kids? I have been doing Annie's but would like to make it more "clean" if possible. Plus Annie's gets $$$!

Hope everyone had a clean day. I had a weird combo for lunch, half a slice of turkey, a few raisins, some leftover all natural parmesan rice stuff, and string cheese. Trying to clean out the fridge. :)

I'm overwhelmed by the Cathe nation too. Did you guys see my post about the WM? Trying to figure all that out!

Taco salad - so easy.
Make taco meat (using lean ground sirloin) w/ seasoning packet.
Put on huge plate of romaine/spinach, lf cheese, TONS of salsa (i'm a bit of an addict).
Eat.

Doesn't get easier than that!

A lot of times my lucnhes are a leftovers/fridge cleanout smorgasbord too.

Didn't see your post about the WM, but I am so daunted by this site. Every time I come to checkins and challenges I have to reset how I want to view it. Give me the old system back!!!! WAH!!!

I'm a little frustrated last night I purchased the 9.99 package for the nutriton manager and today it won't let me log in, it's telling me I still have to purchase the package. :mad: I don't get it.

Today was LIC cardio timesaver.

OH MY, hey ladies, I'm a Cathe Nation moron!! I just figured out how to sort posts and now I found the check in, couldn't figure out why there wasn't!!

Too late for personals and my own 411, let's just say that I hope Tues, Wed, and Thur (and of course the RT) go better than today!!

Angie, I add corn, tomatoes and avocado to my taco salad if I have it. I always have frozen corn so that automatically goes in.
Katie, sorry today wasn't good. Usually if the week starts off bad, it only gets better.
Jenn, someone else complained about the nutrition manager. Since I am RTing this weekend I will probably wait until next week to enroll.
Steph, so you're telling me the food will be good this weekend? Better keep me away too!

I forgot to tell everyone about my knife story. Yesterday I chopped up my fruit and veggies for work. I washed the knife, putting it in the drying rack. I ate some fruit, rinsed the dishes and since my hands were wet I decided to grab the towel that was in the drying rack. Unfortunately, the knife was in the drying rack, it came out and sliced my leg. Luckily it isn't too bad but I will probably have a scar for the RT. DH has banned me from knives this week :)

YIKES! Glad you are okay!! That totally sounds like something I would do.

I hope my week gets better. It has to! It's FINALLY RT!!
 
Hey girls,

I stopped after kickbox and didn't do the boot camp. I figure 60 min of cardio for the day is good enough. Don't want to overtrain. :)

Thanks for the info about taco salads everyone. I love all things salsa/guac related!!

We're having chicken/pepper/onion kebobs tonight. I love them.

You guys are making me jealous with all the RT talk... I want to come. Take lots of pics!

Thinking about buying butts and guts... thoughts? Can I do it while I'm doing the 4DS legs workout or should I alternate them?
