Good morning ladies, here are the wedding invitation pictures. I am really happy with the way they turned out.

Here is how it looks inside, once unfolded. In the middle is the wedding invitation. Since there is a separate invitation to the reception that is happening two weeks later or so, I chose this folio pocket so that the other invitation could just be tucked into the pocket on the side.

Rest/Recovery week is over, and I am ready to get back to it!! I was getting bored with 4DS though (not sure why), so I am not going back to the old rotation plan. I have 9 weeks left until the wedding so I think I will do...

WEEKS 1, 2, 3: PUB / B&G / MM
WEEKS 4, 5, 6: Gym Styles
WEEKS 7, 8, 9: Slow & Heavy

How does that sound? I am excited to do PUB this morning -- although Chris is still in bed, wouldn't get up with me this morning (I don't think he likes PUB!).

I need to take my measurements tonight so I can track my progress!!

I have not grocery shopped for the week yet, but I have plenty of food thanks to our un-clean Easter feast yesterday. I will go either tonight or tomorrow.

PS on Saturday night I got a little tipsy, and challenged my best friend's fiance to a push up contest. And guess what -- I beat him!! 19 push ups in 30 seconds... He only did 17;)

morning clean and tidy peeps!

Well, i'm back at work..feeling a bit better. This flu really threw me, holy crap. I slept from 9pm Sat night until 7am Sunday, then most of Easter Sunday, my parents came by, i did their taxes,and back to bed!

Katie, the invites look beautiful. The colours really suit the outdoors of the wedding!

Robin, you get used to the bloat! How scary is that :) Good workout planned.

Kate, glad you're feeling so far, so good!

I have somehow pulled my hamstring, i think my body is literally falling apart! Oh coarse, i'm going to try to workout! likeley stepboxing and abs.

Steph, It sounds like you need to rest your body. I can't believe you exercised with the flu. Please take a couple rest days to let your body rest and recover; your body will thank you. :)

Hi Jenn and Colleen, Did you have a nice Easter?

Workout will be total body weights, core & cardio. It only takes me about 60-70 minutes to get this done and my body is making some nice changes. I love it! I plan to keep my menu as tidy as possible. :)

Ladies you all know that I'm trying to sell/get-rid-of these GS cookes so my ex-boyfriend ask me about girlscouts and I said they are doing great do you want to buy cookies? That cheap mf said no. x(
Now you see why I broke up with his cheap a$$. That's ok I have another guy who will buy all of the cookies.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

I feel like a whale. Today has been so carb-heavy its crazy and my belly is hanging out like I'm, well, pregnant, but jeez is it ever HUGE! It'll be better in the AM.

I ordered some maternity clothes today! A long comfy skirt and a t'shirt that says "what's kickin'?" with baby footprints above it! They even have a t that says "who's your daddy?!" !!! Kinda funny but who would have the guts to wear that thing?! Not me!

Katie, Not home at lunch today?

Robin, what if you just cut down on the amount of g'mannan you're taking? Slowly build your way up?

Steph, Take a rest day! We're gonna come kidnap you and make you lie down! I'm gonna take away all your dvds!!

I had to (got to!) make cookies at Gina's class today. It was super fun and I did not eat ONE! Not even a nibble! How good is THAT for this carb-addicted prego!?

Pancakes sound yummy! It's so fun to buy new clothes; the t-shirt sounds cute. I would not have the guts to wear the who's your daddy t-shirt either. Well, now I have the melody of Toby Keith's Who's Your Daddy song in my head.... who's your daddy, who's your baby... Training with Tayler has been going well. :) I have a few new clients which has been keeping me busy. In fact, I'm supposed to be working on a new program. I better finish it. BBL

Well, DH wants pizza for dinner and I've been doing some major organizing (yay!) w/ DDs so pizza it is. More carbs! If you can't beat em, join em!

Shirl, what kind of program are you working on? I bet its a good one! I miss doing your rotation! Hoping to feel good to WO tonight. I say that everyday don't I? sigh..... soon....

I do an assessment, go over goals, reasons for the goals, etc. I then go home and develop an individualized program depending on the initial appointment. I do reassessments every 4-6 weeks and then tweak the program. How about a 30 minute workout? Do you feel up to that? Don't worry about the carbs. ;)

Hi Kate and Shirl.

I going to give myself 2 days off from the glu. supplement and gradually add it or Benefiber back into my diet.The glu supplement is supose to make me "go" more often, but it doesn't. In fact I'm a little "backup". Sorry if you are reading this and eating your dinner.

Hey ladies! I've been checking on you, just no time to post!!

Collin woke up sick this morning. He got out of bed, came in the bathroom with me while I took a shower, and he laid down on the bathroom floor and went back to sleep :eek: Poor little baby! Soon after he had a loose stool, then soon after that he threw up. My best friend Michele stayed home with him for most of the day because I had court. As soon as I got done in court (20 cases!!) I came home. He is doing much better now -- it seems he just needed to puke a little, and he is quickly getting good as new!!

Eating has been a little off as a result of the weird day. I won't even begin to tell you how dirty my pm snack was!!
 
Shirl, I'm planning on cardio from 4DS LIS. I hope I make it!

Robin, LOL! No worries - I have kids! We talk about "backups" and the like all the time!

Gina told me this afternoon that my belly is getting bigger! But I'm pretty sure that's the carbs at work and not Junior!:eek: She meant well, though! Gotta love how honest kids are!
