Last week my weight was 138. Today the scale said 138.5.
I consider this a victory! First of all, I had at least one cheat EVERY SINGLE DAY last week. Secondly, I have moved to lifting heavier weights (which has got me really hungry, btw), and I am retaining water.
I am not sure how I like the new rotation with the 4DS. Don't get me wrong, I love all of the workouts. I'm just not sure if the strength training concept is right for me. Nevertheless, I will stick with it for four weeks.
Today is Veteran's Day, so another random day off for me. I am about to do 4DS HIS + Chest and Back, followed by protein shake, followed by shower and check up at the dr. for Collin. Not sure what after that!
