Well, i tumbled off the wagon, lets say apple AND pumpkin pie! maybe even seconds! and no workouts....

Today is a holiday here, so back on track, no dinner parties!
I will post more after i take the dogs out.

Hi Colleen any w/o today?

Yesterday I grilled chicken burgers with no oil, on top of the stove...I'm guessing that what I'm going to do with my meats because my oven is out. I do have a slow cooker too. I've been eating pretty clean this weekend but not drinking enough water.I have to work on that.

Today w/o power walk for one hour

b- egg whites
s- fruit smoothie
l- chicken burger with salad
d- grilled chicken breast and veggies
s- popcorn 100 cal

Kate - have you recovered from your DOMS?
Robin - you must be going crazy without your oven. I am lucky because my husband likes to grill out, so we use our outdoor grill a lot even in the winter
Steph - aren't you glad thanksgiving is over?

This weekend was VERY DIRTY for me. Not all meals, but most...

Also, I have not worked out in ONE WEEK. First a cold (that is actually still lingering, but certainly better today), combined with a hurt foot, period coming, and company at my house. I had plenty of things getting in my way.

Tomorrow I will be back on track with GS C&T and clean or at least tidy eating. I am wedding dress shopping again in 2 weeks and I have got to get it together!

I am happy to say that my weight has NOT crept up on me during my hiatus so that is good. However, I can pinch some extra, especially in my hips area, so I need to clean it up!
 
Hi All...or shall I say in that painfully nasal voice of Paula Dean Hey y'aaaallll! (I consider her the Fran Drescher of the South)

b: Kashi cereal with milk, tea with cream and a bit of sugar in the raw
l: indian tofu curry from Helen's Kitchen (a frozen meal with pizzaz!)
and an apple
s: protein bar with nuts
d: turkey burgers, veggies, and quinoa


So, in short, nothing exciting today. I was house sitting this past weekend and despite the food in the house overall I did pretty good. I did eat a few cookies every day. I like my sweets and won't give them up so there! LOL!

I've done great today despite being very busy. I've taken food along w/ me when I couldn't be home at meal/snack times. Looking forward to a good hard w/o tonight!

Well, today was tidy but not clean. I did great yesterday until I devoured peanut m&ms. Oh well, I have quite the sweet tooth. I'll catch up with everyone tomorrow.
