This morning I woke up with DOMS in my chest and shoulders :)
I may have went a little too heavy with the BB. This afternoon I hope to get my workout done (MIS bi, tri and coreblast) or I may just take this day as a rest day.


Good news, my weight is down 1.5#. I have to lose another 3.5# before I add back normal carbs(brown rice, whole grain breads, serbert, etc.

b-oatmeal and banana
s-yogurt and nuts
l-brocoli and fish
d-lasagna for the kids and mix veggies and salmon for me
s-popcorn

I never got back to checkin after dinner but I did great and then I went to water aerobics.
Today I'm taking the girls shopping at our favorite mall (it's outside and it's gorgeous today) and then lunch at PF Chang's.

b - cereal, banana
l - almond chicken w/ brown rice
d - maybe leftover lasagna, maybe grilled ??? Not sure yet, but clean
WO - weights? I'll get my cardio lugging those packages around!!

I had part of Isabel's granola bar with my breakfast. It was leftover and positively calling me. I get into more trouble eating my kids' leftovers.....x(
Tomorrow I see my midwife so I have to report my weight------yikes!!!!
I *really* do not want to go to PF Chang's today but it's the girls' favorite and we haven't been there in over 6 months and they BEG every time we drive by. I feel like I gain 5 lbs just walking in there. We split the almond chicken so I think I'm coming in okay calorie-wise - must be the salt.

off to shower and get out the door - bbl!

Yes, back to work today. The good news is I have been to 1 meeting, gotten through all my email and even went out for a fire drill. Now I am tired.

Kate, have fun shopping today. I agree about PF Changs - everything is so salty.

Home for lunch, so checking in real quick. Collin has had an upset stomach at school, may end up leaving work early to pick him up.

I am not hungry today. I didn't eat my am snack until almost 11, now I am not hungry for lunch. Not sure what the deal is. I will just wait and see -- it's pretty easy to just eat when I get hungry (today at least, not too many clients to see).

I WANT A NAP! Stayed up too late watching the Bachelorette!

Katie, Nice to see you mid-day! I hate too when my meal schedule gets messed up. A recipe for over-eating later for me.

We're done shopping (I got sooo much stuff AND found a V.Secret gift card that I used up and then some!!) and lunching - home for a nap now then we're off to go swimming! It's HOT here today!

Steph - Aqua Jock posted how to do this (if I find it I will let you know). She used a med ball, but I was conservative and used a 3 lb dumbbell. I am not sure I would have survived with my 8 lb med ball.
Katie, hope Collin is not sick again.
Kate, glad you had a good time shopping. I am jealous that you got a nap today.

Dinner plans may change since DH told me he might have to work late.

Steph, No!:) Lasagna leftover OR grilled something or other. But leftiver lasagna it is! Too funny! PF's is Chinese. They have the most fantastic brown rice - DDs eat it by the bowlful and ask for seconds. Glad the final Rouven-session was a good one. Think you want to keep a pt?? That would be awesome! I can't wait to do STS post-baby!

The pool was very refreshing. Poor spoiled us though didn't have time to get the pool heater going and it was c-c-c-cold!! Need to make dinner now....bbl

Hey ladies, glad to see everyone is having a good day. My day has been pretty clean as well, in fact totally clean, YAY for me! Instead of 'fajitas' for dinner, I had mine "naked" with just brown rice, black beans, grilled chicken, onions, bell peppers, and a little 2% cheese. YUM!!

I think I did okay today. My lasagna portion was prob. a little bigger than it needed to be.
I had ZERO sweets today.

I just finished C&W, minus the abs. boo hoo. I miss working core. Baby just kicked - she misses it too!
