Well, I did get ME in last night so that was good. I really like that one. Although I have to say those glute raises are brutal!
Today we are going to apply for passports so I had to fill out all the forms and get all our docs together this morning so my WO (Turbo Jam 1) will have to be this afternoon (crossing fingers...).
Katie, I think that WOs like slow and heavy just bore me and that is why I didn't do well with P90X and am fearful that I would have the same problem with STS. This is why I LOVE Cathe's circuit workouts - they keep me busy!!
Robin, I'm sorry you're not feeling well. I think it's wise to take a few days off!
Kate, your property sounds amazing. Where do you live again? I would love to have a lot of land. I've never even had 1/4 of an acre. We are about 2 inches from our neighbors.
Maybe when we move back to IL. We have a dream house we'd love to build so finding land will be the ticket...
Nat, that's so exciting for your friend. I hope her labor/delivery goes well and that you do well with 2 little ones! Sometimes I think that's enough of a workout in itself!
Colleen, sounds like you guys have a big decision ahead of you. I hope things go well with your husband's meeting.
Eats today:
Bfast - a handful of kashi, a few raisins, a mandarin orange
Lunch - out (hopefully a salad)
Dinner - yikes! no idea... better work on that.
