Katie, it can be hard to find what works for you. I'm still searching for waht works best for me. Eating really clean does the trick, of course, but I literally have to eat salads for every meal and not much else. Frankly, I don't like salad t
hat much. So I guess I can be thin and miserable, or chubby and satisfied. Lucky for you - you look great just the way you are now!

This morning I did 4DS HIS/Chest/Back. My menu today is exceedingly boring, but here goes:
B - protein shake, banana and pb (that's
peanut butter for you mind-in-the-gutter road trippers!)
S - Power Bar
L - veggie ham sandwich and cherry tomatoes
S - light string cheese and baby carrots
D - baked salmon and veggies
Oh, and thank you all for your thoughts and prayers for my grandma - it's working! She is doing quite a bit better today. They've moved her out of the ICU - progress! So thank you all.
