Clean Eating questions (My day 3)

Ok Yogurt I got the LowFat Plain Vanilla I looked at the back and for 1 cup it was 125 mg of sodium Cottage cheese Large Curd 4% milkfat sodium was 450 mg.

What are you having for these I ended up having 2 Tbs of the Yogurt threw in some Strwberries and a Tbs of French Vanilla Whey.

My cottage cheese: this was the only one I found, do they have low sodium? Has anyone made their own could you?

Do they have Low sodium Canadian Bacon? How about lunchmeats my meijers only has turkey low sodium.

OH MY GOODNESS I found a new love for bread I got the Hawiaan 100% whole wheat sweet rolls YUMMY!!!!

The transition to whole wheat bread bagels, pita, and english muffins went great for the whole family.


Today is day 3 without any sweets or choclate I must say I am not craving or caving.

baby steps. Thank goodness I do not drink alcoholic beverages or smoke or drink coffee. I could not imagine someone having to change all that at once.

I'm not sure about the Can. bacon or the cottage cheese but keep searching and you may find it in the suppermarket organic section.
