Hey Becky, sorry with this late reply, but I just wanted to say that I usually eat my breakfast an hour to and hour and a half before I workout, so I'm not dying while I'm working out with no food in me and so that I have enough energy to sustain my workouts too. See what I'm sayin'? But that's because that's what works best for me. Some people have a hard time workout with food in their stomachs even after and hour or so of digestion. Still, I think it depends on how your body reacts to the food and exercise, heck, it could vary everyday for all ya know! teehee Hope this helps!
