Katie, Where are you?!?!?! Hope your racing weekend was good - did the festivities resume Sunday?

Lots of chores/errands to plan. Picture day for Gina too and I forgot til last night at 9PM so we'll be rushing a bit this AM!

I have no idea on my WO today - likely some cardio. My body is really tired - I think lugging around this extra weight is getting to me more than I realize. MIght be taking WO's down to 5 days/week:( - wah!!!

no clue on the rest - going grocery shopping this AM

I was running around so much this weekend, which turned out great, since Christian moved out yesterday :( I managed to be out all day both days,so no computer access.
The new office is lovely, about an hour from my house though..so no more Saturdays of lounging about, but that's just fine.

Kate, you must be getting really excited now, October is so close. I'm not surprosed you're tired! Take care woman.

I am tired this morning. I am glad my busy weekends are over for a few weeks but the craziness resumes in October. I did CS (Intense Athletic Stretch?) and it was amazing. It blows stretchmax away. I need to try the Full Body workout one too. If only there more hours in the day...

Katie, hope you had fun at the races. You must be exhausted today.
Kate, only a few more weeks :) Take care of yourself because there would be nothing worse now than to injure yourself.
Steph, glad the office is nice but an hour away is far. I hope it all works out for you.

Kate, don't worry about lowering your WOs to 5 days a week. Most pg ladies don't do anything. Listen to your body and take care of little Julia! Hope Gina's pictures turn out well.

Katie, hope you had a great time at the races and the weather was cooperative.

Sorry I didn't come around during the weekend. We spent all day in Phoenix at IKEA shopping for furniture for Fance and then yesterday was church and Target and the mall so it was crazy too. Unfortunately no WOs (b/c I didn't plan them and they don't happen spontaneously).

Today I am going to do Cardio from BM2 (the long one) b/c BC and ME are coming today so I don't want to lift. I need to make a plan for what workouts I'm going to do which days this week so I have a plan and can't make excuses.

Okay, gotta get the girls breakfast... bbl.

Eats haven't been awful but not great. Despite some splurges here and there the scale isn't going up:confused::confused::confused: so my head talks me into ET's, as Shirl would say. (fyi - Extra treats!).

I think I might go to water aerobics tonight.....???????

Quiet day here - where is our Katie???? And we've lost some too!!! Emily, Tracy????? Jenn, Shirl??? Robin, we're still waiting for you!

Robin, I'm so glad you are back online. Our group was dwindling!

Kate, BM2 Cardio was so good but that last circuit just about kills me with her air jacks. Geez. And don't worry about the weight gain. Your body will gain what it needs to - the baby is taking what she needs. My babies apparently didn't need that much and gave it all back to me... :eek:

So, just finishing up some leftover spag/meatballs. I was so proud of myself because I made them homemade along with the sauce and had it with organic spaghetti. Turned out to be not so bad. :)

For breakfast I had half a pear and then for snack after my workout I had an apple and a clif bar.

Took the girls to dance and then a sandiwch to Ryan for lunch so the day is going by quickly. Now going to play a game with Annabel and do some school.

Wanted to share my blog with you guys. Enjoy my ramblings and pictrues of my cute kids. :D

Angie, Oh, your blog pics! I have some just like them from when I was in Paris. Makes me want a vacation so bad!!! ^5 on clean-eating! And yes, those air jacks - wow!

Still no clue what's for dinner. Could be Hamburger Helper for the fam and who-knows-what for me.

I thought this day would never end. I am glad it is finally over but it was a long Monday. I hope the rest of the week goes by faster.

Katie, welcome back! We can't wait to hear about the race.

I just realized how late it is and we haven't started dinner yet. Eats have been squeaky clean today except for some mayo I could get off my sandwich and some cheetos after work. I think we are having pork for dinner but if we don't start soon it will be frozen dinners.
 
Colleen, Sorry for the long day - hope tomorrow is better. And there is NOTHING wrong with the occasional frozen dinner!:)

I did it! I did it! WO done. I did the HIS combos 3X I was having so much fun. Then I added on some cardio from PreggiBellies. Feeling great to sweat!!!

Bad news....I was having so much fun I got carried away and pulled a round ligament. Oh well - nothing the chiro can't fix tomorrow!:eek:

Did HI/LO knockout mix 1. I love the music in this one.
Day was about 85% clean.
