2% milk -- GAG me!! I couldn't do it either, Kate! And PS, on the looking-thinner-but-scale-is-not-moving thing, YOU KNOW that it is because you are lifting. C'mon, Kate, you know that. Your weight workouts are pretty serious lately, and that's going to change your shape but not necessarily your weight. PUT THE SCALE AWAY for awhile!!
Ran out of time to start the check in before my wo -- sorry! But I did my first cardio since The Crud -- BM2 combos and power circuits (minus the lb weights). I was a complete sweaty mess afterwards. Only had to stop once to blow my nose, haha!
I did do the KB workout last night (about 45 minutes) and I am on the fence. I like the concept a lot, but the instructor in the dvd is very annoying and boring. The workout moved pretty slow, too.
Menu was totally clean yesterday, today will be the same!
