This morning after breakfast we're going to Gina's teacher's house for a playdate with the whole kindergarten class. I'd really like to stay home and get things done but it should be fun for the kids. Plus I'll be able to tell everybody that I'M HAVING ANOTHER GIRL!!!! I'm still so excited - can you tell?!;-)

Tomorrow we have church the potluck after. I'll take something clean for me and the baby to eat. In the evening we have another hypnobirthing class.

Not totally sure on eats today. I'm thinking french toast for breakfast, portion-controlled of course! I have meat ready for grilling burgers for one meal today, not sure about the other one.

Workout? Gosh, it's been a while, but I'm thinking about C&W.

Katie, Are you back home today? However, the honeymoon is NOT over!:) I'm still on mine....most days!:D

Shirl, How was dancing last night?

Well, I guess it's just little ol' me here today!

Wanted to report that at the picnic thing there were brownies, rice krispy treats, etc. and I had NONE! I am on fire today! Very proud of my will power today!

Hi Kate - I'm here! Didn't get a chance to post earlier because I slept in and then I had to rush to workout, and then went shopping to get my niece a Christening gift. Came home, had lunch and now I am just relaxing. Congrats on another girl, and ^5 for your willpower.

Shirl - great workouts yesterday! What are your weekend plans?
Jenn - I always struggle with dinner too. Even though I try to plan clean meals, life always throws a curveball.
Steph, glad you were able to clean last night. I really need to clean my closets but I am not up to it this weekend.

GREAT workout!! meals look great too! Hope the relaxing lasts a while for you.

I did C&W (but not the ab work) and KM leg conditioning drills. Hoping for CS later.

My abs hurt so bad. I keep having these really wierd muscle spasms, almost like I can feel the muscle ripple when it happens. Wierd! Tuesday I have an appt w/ my midwife - I'll ask her about it. Til then - no core work. It's not diastasis but I sure don't want to get it!

Eats are awesome today - Hopefully I can keep it up!

Sorry i'm late, living alone, without a car takes me triple the time! Grocery shopping has become a 2 hour event.

Kate, i'm excited about the new girl!! I can just imagine how excited you are. It must be very cool for Gina to get to go to the teachers house...i wish i could have done that.

Colleen, i'm craving shredded wheat now! Whenever you have it, i want it too :) Nice workout.

My abs are killing me too, from Wednesday nights core nightmare Rouven put me through.

Today, eats are crappy. My girlfriend is taking me to the Sex and the City movie tonight, Christian hasnt phoned in 3 days...i think its over.
i'll write out my menu, but its scary.
B: egg whites/oats
s: cc
l: mushroom veg soup, carrots, hummus, tortilla with egg whites and banana, yogurt
s: almond meringues and frozen yogurt..then i had 2 protein muffins i made with PB
d: sweet potato and tofu, biscotti, and some dried apricots...geez, and tonight is the movies.
Workout, PUB/original BC! i killed it good.

Steph, How far do you have to walk to get to the grocery store? I'm so sorry about Christian. Do you think maybe he's afraid to call? Maybe he wants to but is unsire of himself. Just a thought... And after that workout I think you could eat just about anything you wanted and it wouldn't matter! Go on with your bad self, super woman! Have fun tonight - you deserve it!

Colleen, DH doesn't want to see that movie?! I can't imagine why! To be honest, I've never even seen the show. I'm sure I'd get hooked if I allowed myself though.

Steph's not the only one who succumbed to muffins. I had 2 blueberry muffins for dinner. To my credit they were FULL of berries AND homemade. I made them right before dinner and my abs got hurting too much to stand up (!) so I am on the couch while Mike did dinner for himself and the kids. I had one muffin and picked at another til it was gone. My abs don't hurt as long as I'm sitting. Maybe I've been doing too much the last couple days.

Hey ladies, I am home from the honeymoon and all unpacked. Not sure what is up for tomorrow, cleaning probably. I've still got a wedding reception next weekend (June 7th) and I get to put my dress on again, get hair and makeup done again, etc. How exciting!

Kate, another girl, I can hardly believe it! I was soooo sure it was a boy.

I've got one honeymoon outfit left, maybe I can slip upstairs undetected and put it on for Chris...!

Good morning! Last day of the weekend! wah!!!!!!

After church this AM we'll go out to eat. Then we drop DDs off at my moms so we can go to our 2nd hypnobirthing class. Looking forward to it.

No clue on eats today yet but it will be clean!
Workout - CS or nothing. Mike will be really mad at me if if WO. The ab pain seems to be better this AM. I hope it doesn't come back. It was kinda freakin' me out yesterday that I might've had diastasis. But as far as I know there is no pain with that.

Today is going to be cardio + upperbody. Then my cousin is making her confirmation so I will be going to that to take pictures. After that laundrymax and cleanmax.

My goal this month is to lose 5lbs.
And the new Clean Eating magazine how some pretty yummy looking recipes.

b- 2 nutri grain waffles and milk
s- protein shake
l- chicken and salad
s- sugar free pudding and cottage cheese
d- beef roast, vegg and roasted potatoes

Jenn, I am still finishing the Spring issue of Clean Eating. I have been so tired lately I haven't been reading. Hopefully, I can finish up the magazine today. I would like to try the Turkey Lasagna roll-ups and the pot pies. It is getting to be too hot to use the oven so maybe in the fall.

I went to the confirmation and ended up eating some chips and 2 finger egg salad sandwiches.

My workout was HIS and Chest/Back, floor 1 from CoreBlast. My day has been about 85% clean so not to bad. I haven't devoured any whole bags of anything yet today. So that's good.;-)
