I just finished Push Pull and hopefully I get use the WM today. It's a rainy day and I hope that the patients don't come today.

Last night I ended up doing 4DS Legs and then LIS and I added the finished combos from HIS. Tons of energy - not sure where it came from!

Today is some cardio - maybe Imax3 step (no blasts). Some stretching too!

Eats were great y'day. After my WO I *really* wanted a cookie from the freezer but I did some shopping online instead!!!I ordered Julia's sheets, quilt, and crib skirt. The painter will come next week for his marching orders!! I can't wait ot see the room come together.

Workout was good. I am terrified of the Lower Body class at the RT -- I feel like that is my weakest link, and I don't want to just stand there while everyone else power lunges and such.
 
Katie, I'm scared for the LB class too! I haev to modify so much of that stuff I feel like I'll just be doing marches and step-touches the whole time.

The walls (I think) will be:
the bottom 2/3 will be striped vertically with dk & lt. green and white. The top 1/3 will be pink. I have a yellow suede lazyboy that I used to rock the girls in that will pull in the yellow from the birds. I always keep a lazyboy in the nursery. I hate wooden rockers - too uncomfortable for late-night feedings! If I'm gonna be waking up several times thru the night I'm gonna be comfy darn it!

Katie, nice workout. dont worry about the lower body class...like i know what i'm talking about, lol! I just remember last year, no one was paying attention to each other, just Cathe. Very supportive. Good workout too.

Today, didnt know what to do, i think we will be over cardioized over the weekend. I'm thinking 4D BC, Jillian circuit and some pilates. Tomorrow MM upper body and core...want to leave the legs alone a bit..

Last day of work before the RT! Busy morning getting everything ready and DH is sick. I guess his body is tired of all his all nighters. I had a very restful night of sleep last night since DH did not get up at all.

Robin, we are supposed to get the rain this afternoon. I hope you don't have any patients today either.
Katie, I can use heavy weights with my lower body and do lots of cardio but don't ask me to do repetitive exercises. I just don't have any endurance.

Good Morning!

I'm still not able to access the WM I keep getting an error message. Anyone else having that problem? Oh well, hopefully they'll fix it soon. I wish I was going on the RT with all of you. :( You're going to have a BLAST!

My workouts have been going extremely well. I have been leaning out a bit - can you say WOO HOO! Yesterday's workout was CC #5 and I taught Sports Conditioning. Today is 4DS or Slo-Mo upper body only and 15 min. of Kettlebells. I teach core cardio this afternoon. My eating needs a little improvement.

I don't have time for personals this morning. Hopefully, I'll have some time at work.

Good morning all,

Yesterday ended up being my day off. I'm finding that I don't know I need it until it actually comes - I was just so tired but I had done 5 days in a row. So, tonight will be 4DS upper body.

Eats have been much better/binges are down! Of course, it probably helps that I have nothing worth binging on. :)

I don't have time for personals this morning so I'll come back later. Went for a walk this morning and got rained on (what's the deal with it raining everywhere?) so I need a shower.

Here's today's menu:

B: granola (kashi mountain medley... yum!)/yogurt (dannon all natural)/strawberries (I'm learning to LOVE this bfast combo and it keeps me full!)
S: not sure will be at a friend's house
L: if I am home, it will be turkey, string cheese, carrots, grapes
S: 1/2 clif bar
D: Pork Loin, rice (I'm out of veggies... gasp!)

so far, so good for me on eats. After naps I'm going to pack and hopefully do some Imaxing. Hope I have time....
 
Ugh, lunch at friend's house was not clean! Had some lime chips and mango salsa (at least there were fruits and veggies), a spoonful of pasta roni, and 2 tiny mini pizzas with sauce and mozz cheese (they were like bite size deals). I'm SOOOOO full and I don't really feel like it was that much food. I think the pasta roni is just richer/thicker than anything I've been eating! So, that's definitely going in my bad food diary!

So, tomorrow night I have a girl's night with guac (my absolute weakness!) and alcohol. Friday night another one at Olive Garden with the girl who just lost her baby. How do you eat well there?? WOs are going to have to be intense the next couple of days!

Kate, I love the baby bedding. It makes me want to have another baby... :) And your WO was AWESOME! Great job!

Katie & Colleen, I'm with you on the endurance thing - I can sweat to death but doing lunges (like the low plane ones) kills me! Or stuff like glute lifts, I always want to curse my way through them.

Shirl, I can't log in to WM either - I emailed them about it but haven't heard back. It's frustrating. I want to figure it out.

Well, Ryan and I are doing a read through the bible in 90 days... it's like 12-15 chapters daily... better get crackin!

I decided to eat like Steph for dinner. I had egg whites and spinach. It came out good this time and I added a little onions too.

Today was a stressful day at work. I had to make flyers for my co-workers' pastor wife who passed away 3 weeks ago. Her funeral will be this weekend. I not really up for it but what can we do. Drunk drivers suck!!!!

I'm now eating some Sugar Free Chocolate bites and they are making me want some real chocolate. I'll pop some popcorn later.

which to buy

So, I was thinking about getting Butts and Guts but now I am reconsidering. If I am going to get STS, I think I'd rather spend my money on some cardio stuff. So, these are the ones I'm considering: Imax3 and LoMax. Thoughts? Better ones? I have BM2 and 4DS. Any suggestions would be great!

Both are great.... But very different. I think eventually you will want them both.

Low Max was one of my first Cathe purchases. I do this one about once every 4 to 6 weeks, not that often. I do like it, though.

IMAX3 is HARD. Do you have IMAX2? 3 is really really hard, lots of heavy breathing stuff. It's good though, and really fun.

I think I like IMAX3 better of the two.
 
Angie, do you have LIC? That is definitely one of my favorites, and you can bump it up to two risers if you really wanna sweat. If you like BM2, you will like LIC I feel certain.
