Robin, i love Jari's workouts, i have them all, and do one per week usually. They are very different from Cathe.
I just realized the roadtrip is just over a week away, and now i'm nervous!! I've never been on a plane alone before, luckily, Toronto to Philly is only a couple of hours away. I hope someone takes me to Target!!! We dont have Target in Canada, and i hear so much about it!
Today, usual, oatmeal, hemp pro, berries and almond milk.
Workout tonight, MIS/ plus add on's from GS, and Barr method i think.
