Good Morning everyone!

The RTer's are just waking up and we are leaving in about an hour for Cathe's Step class. We heard that Cathe has her new equipment on display at the gym and we can't wait to see it.

We met a lot of nice people last night and we are looking forward to meeting everyone else tonight.

Not sure on meals today since we will be out and about.
 
I wanna hear the news!!!

Just grabbed a coffee and some yogurt and muffin. Now I need to shower and get ready for Cathe's class!!
 
I'm glad that you are having fun and let us know how does the new pull up bar look and costs.

The good news is the investors who are buying my house found a sucker...ooops I mean buyer for the house, so I may be moving sooner than I thought. YAY Katie what part of NC do you live?

Last night was disastrous. Thankfully I had a decent workout before hand. Any thoughts of what I can eat to stay away from a similar disaster tomorrow night at Olive Garden?

RTers, I'm glad you're having fun and can't wait to hear about Cathe's step class.

WO for today will be 4DS lower body and probably a portion of BM2 (the step portion).

Food:

B: not sure as I'm still full from last night
S: fruit?
L: going for a picnic but don't have any bread so need to go to the store to get some...
S: clif bar (1/2)
D: either chicken with bulgar or chicken with peppers

Hey ladies, checking in again from Jersey!! Step class was awesome this morning -- Cathe is SO CUTE and SO TINY and just adorable. We did about 30 minutes of step (lots of fun moves, including some of my favorite high intensity stuff -- power boxes and wide lunges!!), then a few minutes of upper body weight work and then core work.

We are back at the hotel for a few minutes now to clean up and then we are headed out for lunch and shopping at TARGET (Steph is so excited!!). Then back here to get dressed and ready for the meet & greet this evening.

Robin, that is great news about the house. I live in Harrisonburg, VA but I have family in Greensboro and Winston Salem so I am down there a lot.

Angie, sorry about your night last night, better days ahead!!

How are the Roadtrippers doing? I'm sure you're having a great time. :)

Angie, The children's menu has baked chicken breast, broccoli & a pasta side dish. You can also have soup and salad w/dressing on the side. How was your workout?

Robin, Yeah! Congrats on the house. How do your kids feel about moving?

Eats were good today and today was a rest day.

Hi Angie I always have trouble eating out also. And olive garden has the best salad and breadsticks. :p

Hey Roadtrippers hope your all have a fab time. Has Cathe talked about the new fitness line. I really want some new stuff and can't wait til her products are released.

Steph how was Target? :D

I have not a good week, food good all day and still falling apart at dinner. I have been logging my eats on the nutrition site when its working. I'm definetly in need of some dietary overhauls. This week I have a bad workout week though just unmoviated to get up in the morning. I got 3 w/o's in this week and I'm aiming for 5. What is my problem?:confused:
