CKsales shipment of new DVDs to UK?

i don't understand why cathe,collage and many more charge so much money to sheep overboard when an individual who will send abroad will pay less. and that make me (here in Israel)to pay taxes because of the overpriced DVDs and shipment. WHY?WHY? don't we pay enough already.

That's the way the import and customs laws work. Businesses have to put the correct value of the shipment on the customs forms, or they could be fined heavily. Or, the customer could be fined. And, it does cost them more to ship overseas, and as the customer pays the cost of shipping, overseas customers have to pay the extra costs of overseas shipping.
Yeah, you can have stuff sent to a friend who will then repackage and send to you w/o customs forms, etc. But, if the package goes missing, then you are out of luck!

I am in the UK and ordered from Advanced Workouts (because they gave free shipping plus preorder deal). I have been notified they are in transit but not arrived. I will also have to pay import tax. But I was wondering what to do about replacements - SNM say that they are automatically shipping replacements to all their US customers and also distributors so that means we should be entitled to replacements also. However won't we have to pay import tax again if we get sent replacements. I wondered what others were going to do about this?

I received my DVDs yesterday (yippeeeeee!!!!) and WASN'T CHARGED IMPORT DUTY AGAIN!!!!
I always order thru CKSales now - sometimes I pay import duty, sometimes I don't but whenever I have its usually around £10 per shipment - that's what I paid for the BB series and then the HC series. Don't know why the charge didn't vary!
I don't order thru this website anymore as the charge UPS slap on me is unbelievable:- I paid £23 about 2 years ago to UPS, so (shauny) you might want to consider cksales.com for future purchases! Its worth the few extra days wait for the DVDs!!!!

Saker - I emailed SNM about this last week, I was worried too... I've been living in Scotland a few years now so I've become very frugal 
SNM said when they send the replacements they'll be marked as Replacement Items so you won't get charged again.
