Has anyone here in the UK received their DVDs from CKSales yet?

Hi Cheshire Cat!
Good to hear from another "UK-er"!! I ordered my DVD's through a friend who lives in Canada in order to try and save a little on the shipping. I haven't heard from her yet, so I am guessing that CK Sales are still working hard to ship all their orders!! At the moment, I feel as if we are the last people on the planet who will get our DVD's here in the UK, Lol!! This waiting (especially having to read all the great reviews!) is driving me mad!!

CKSales have now shipped the DVDs! I discovered that mine are sitting in UK customs. I hope against hope they just let them go through. It's just not fair having to pay duty on them is it? We're just ordinary people buying single items not some huge company that imports masses of products to sell on at great profit!
I know the wait will be worth it but my patience is really stretched. I-JUST-CAN'T-WAIT-A-MOMENT-LONGER. I chased after our postman this morning...I must have looked like a mad woman running down the street waving my arms and shouting at the top of my voice "excuse me Mr Postman, excuse me Mr Postman" but he didnt have my package in his little red sack. I skulked back to my car and drove miserably off to work. I'd have thrown a sickey had the DVDs been there.
I live up North in Stockport (not too far from Manchester airport)

Ha ha! That is so funny - I have this mental picture of you in your dressing gown chasing after the postman like a mad woman!! Other people just don't appreciate how desperate we are for those DVD's, do they?? LOL!!
I know what you mean about the import duties. I've just ordered the High Step from fw online, and know for sure that I will have to pay something to get it thru Customs.
My Mum is originally from Manchester (altho she has lived here in Bristol for most of her life now). She still has her Mancunian accent tho, even after all these years! She grew up in Droylesden - do you know it?
I hope you get those DVD's tomorrow or over the weekend! Let us know!

I have orderd mine from Cathe. and they are meant to be shipped out within 24hrs! Cool! Though i already have the videos...so not sure why i need the dvds...just do! When SMN made a mistake and they sent me a replacement DVD and i didn't have to pay any tax or duty as SMN said the dvd was only worth $1...so might be an idea to ask them to do that when we order from England. x
I had to pay 37 pounds duty on mine, they arrived today. I am not going to get them untill January though, as I live abroad and my first set were confiscated by customs. In total, these BB DVD's have cost me $330 which is roughly 220 pounds for four DVD's! This will be my last Cathe purchase I think!
