Circuit Training Rotation-Suggestions Request

Hi everybody:

I am thinking about doing a circuit training rotation starting next week and was wondering if anybody has done a good one and could give me some advice/suggestions. I usually see better results doing heavy weight training, but I need a mental break/change and thought I would give this a shot for about 3 weeks. I have been working out with Cathe for years, have all the workouts (except the newest ones) and consider myself fairly fit.

Monday: Circuit Max
Tues: Moderate Run 45 minutes +abs
Wed: Step Jump and Pump
Thurs: Run or Walk (depending on how I feel) 45-50 minutes
Friday: Body Max in its entirety
Sat: Cardio Kicks or KPC
Sunday: Rest

Any input is most appreciated!

Here's one.

M - Circuit Max + Boot Camp (cardio only #s 1-8)
T - Imax 1 + abs
W - Circuit Max + Boot Camp (cardio only #s 1-8)
R - off
F - Imax 2 + Boot Camp(cardio only #s 5,6,7,8)+ abs
S - Cardio & Weights + Bodymax Power circuit segment
S - Run

Looks good and very similar to one I just completed for 3 weeks. Tough but a good blast - give it a shot. Best of luck.
