Circuit Qestion

Hi,

I'm new to doing circuits and I was looking at the November Rotation and wondering is it okay to work the same body part two days in a row? I've always left a day of rest in between.

Elaine:)

Hi Elaine!
Since you are new to circuits and never trained the same muscle group back to back, your body is in for a nice treat! You will be giving your body 24 hrs of rest in between your workouts which is sufficient rest, recovery and repair time! You will have to adjust your weight poundage accordingly after you did the workouts the first time through, you may be stronger on day one or day 2 or you may just go lighter than usual on both days! It all depends on what you can handle ;-) Have fun on your rotation!

PS the day between of rest is always a GREAT way to train and lets muscles FULLY recover! Bodybuilders use 2 days in between so that their muscles recovery longer and it maximizes their muscular strength and size! Nothing is ever set in stone but it's always GREAT to switch things up and challenge your muscles differently! This is where the REAL RESULTS come in!
Good luck;-)

Francine,

Thanks for the info. I didn't realize 24 hours was enough time. I'm going to give the November rotation a try. I'll have to substitute a few videos that I don't have.

Thanks,

Elaine:)
