Circuit Max&Cardio Kicks

:7 I just purchased C.M. and C.K. dvd and wonder what anyone has to say about the C.K. part. Is it a good cardio workout (fat burner) etc..? I was looking for a good cardio workout without step that would really make you sweat. Comments appreciated. Thanks in advance. Donna
 
Hi Donna :) I LOVE Cardio Kicks...I try to do it at least once every 1-2 weeks...it's so much fun I always forget how hard I've been working. It's a major fat-burner, plus I've noticed great things happening to my legs since using this workout. I used to have it only on VHS, then, like you, got the DVD with Circuit Max. I've only done CM once or twice, and think it's a good workout as well, but CK is my favorite. You made a wise purchase, IMHO! :)

I LOVE both of these workouts. They both work your body in different ways than all step workouts. I really enjoy them both. I really put my all into CK and my heart rate gets up and stays up. I think the key is to stay focused, even during the arm drills, focus on good form and giving it 100% and this is a great cardio workout!

Hi Donna,

CK's is my most favourite Cathe workout, I COULD do this workout every day, I love it that much. Though, I aim for 1-2 a week now :) It is easy to convert into a lower impact workout if you don't want to deal with the hi impact. The Power drills are fantastic, they give a fantastic workout to the upper body :) This workout will definitely make you sweat, I think at one point Cathe says 'There is sweat flying everywhere, we need an umbrella !'......yep, that is what it is like in my living room ! LOL

When I first received the tape, I was doing the workout 2-3 times a week, and I noticed great things happenning to my hips, abs and outer thigh :)
