Circuit Max/Cardio Kicks re-chaptered DVD

I know this has been discussed before but wanted to check.I am thinking of buying this DVD but was wondering if the re-chaptered DVD is going to be released anytime soon.

With the new software being discussed I think it MAY be available online download but not as an actual DVD.... I think its worth asking again once you decide if DVD is the only way you want the option.

Thanks for your clarifications.I just didnt want to go ahead and buy the DVD and find that a few weeks later that a better chaptered one has been released!
