Circuit Max and Walking Lunges

Hey all

This morning I felt like doing a tough cardio only work out and since I had not done Circuit Max in a while I decided to do that one without the weight sections. During the weight sections I incorporated walking lunges (I have been trying to do 200 of these 2x week). Worked Great! My heart rate stayed elevated and I was dripping with sweat at the end of the workout. I got my total of 200 in for the day and a great cardio work out - all in around 1 hour!

Just thought I would share it with you in case anyone else wanted to try it.

Nancy, I did the alsmost the exact same workout this morning too! Although, I did do the weight portions, and did 200 walking lunges afterward. Great workout!!
