Good Morning:)

I guess a few people took a rest day yesterday after all! Good for them! I am really sore from yesterdays workout and I only have a run planned for today. The sun is shining but its really cold out. I made the mistake of running with my running partner the other day and now I know she will want to go all the time! I find it really hard running, talking, pushing a stroller and b/c of all this...trying to keep up with her! UGH! I just wish I could put my earphones on and go by myself.
Anyway...DS is gone for a nap (he was up really early) so I probably won't be going anywhere until 10 ish or later. Have a good day!

Good Morning,

Thanks for the advice yesterday. I decided to do some yardwork and gardening. I picked more tomatoes, made sauce and left the mess for DH. He cleaned it up and apologized for not helping out lately. He's a little stressed with work, yada, yada. I suggested that he try exercise as a stress reliever. No response; we'll see.

I plan on doing C&W, I do not have Body Fusion. I teach 2 classes this afternoon/evening, so I'll be pretty whooped tonight. My eating has not been good. I need to work on that. Any advice, pretty PLEASE.

C&W finished! I am so happy I'm following this rotation. I'm doing w/o's that I haven't done in such a long time. I hadn't done C&W as produced since June of 2005. I love to do the premixes on workouts. I am a premix queen! lol

Good morning everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. My weekends have become really busy. I am really behind on the rotation!

Today I am doing LIC or "kickbox bootcamp" by Kimberly Spreen. I've had this workout from Netflix for a while so thought I'd try it before I send it back. Today is really rainy and cold, makes me want to snuggle up with a blanket and watch Movies all day! Fall is coming. I love it! :)

My legs have been burning during this rotation! Mostly my calves. Just wondering if others are feeling the same?

Shirl- I wish I could offer you some good advice about eating. I have a hard time with this too! Mostly dark chocolate m&m's! I just try to not buy any bad foods cause then they aren't there for me to eat. It's a toughy and the holidays are coming up which is a really hard time. Good luck, I know that you can do it! You work so hard during your workouts that I know you have enough discipline to do anything you put your mind to! ;-)

Lori- Sorry to hear that your friend wants to run with you all the time. It's a complement but also a sticky situation. I know how you feel. I had a friend that I would go to the gym with. She never pushed her workouts and it was more a social thing than anything, and I felt that I always got a better workout at home. Good luck with that. Don't you love listening to music when you run! It's very motivating.

I just finished "Kickbox Bootcamp". Good workout. It's very different then what I am use to but was fun. Now off to the shower. Enjoy your day everyone. :)Chat with you later, Heidi
 
Hello again!

Yesterday I ended up taking a rest day. DH left yesterday morn on a business trip and won't be back until Wed night. I should have worked out while he was still here to watch DS, but my calves have been sore. (Are yours feeling better, Heidisue?)

This morning DS and I went back to the Y. No 'timeout' for DS this time. Woohoo! I only did the arctrainer for 25 min this time. I think I'm gonna try Cardio & Wts pretty soon. DS is supposed to be napping, but since he's realized his new freedom in a toddler bed he's been playing in it.
