CIA Presale

Thanks,

I have been waiting for this announcemnet - I was afraid maybe they weren't doing a series this year. I have been purchasing the CIA workouts since 1998 and I love them!

I ordered all five DVD's plus you get the one that has two workouts on it.

I also took the plunge and placed my first order with CIA. I have never tried the CIA workouts before but because the descriptions of these workouts sounds great, so many people give great reviews on CIA workouts, and the price sounds like a great deal (I bought 2005: Kickbox Bootcamp for a bargain price with the preorder), I decided to experience the excitement. The price really goes up after February.....

For those who have CIA, could you let me know whether these dvds have pre mix like Cathe's? Or at least they provide chapters that you can choose?

Thanks

It sounds pretty good. But I have almost all Cathe's steps videos. How do these CIA series compared to Cathe's? Are they intensive as Cathe's?

Thanks

No, they do not have premixes, nor can you just choose chapters like on Cathe's DVDF's. Which is the real bummer with these workouts - but when I want to redo a certain section I can go back or skip.

I do have a few workout DVD's in which you cannot skip - you have to rewind or fast forward - which is a real pain on a DVD. I think that defeats the purpose of the DVD in the first place.

They do have the option of choosing either the step section or the strength sections as an example - so I guess they do provide some options. There are really no other DVD's that give the selections that Cathe's do!
