ok, i trust the cathe lovers to tell me which CIA's are worth having. What are your favorites or are they not up to cathe standards???? Thanks.
 
I recommend Gay Gasper's Cardio Step Express and All Out Infused Step. Also Sharon Money Twombley's Athletic Step Jam. I think all three are as hard as Cathe's - All Out Infused Step also has the best music I've ever found on a workout.

I just ordered Gay's new one - All Cardio Stepping and Heavy Weight Sculpting and Nikea Brown's Amazing Hot Stepping.

I had been thinking about getting those for a while, so when I saw 50% off I couldn't resist!
 
I just got the Kimberly Spreen Absolute Kickboxing with Combat Intervals and had so much fun doing it. I did not do the full abs or stretch sections.

The only one I have is CIA2604 double cardio. I bought it for the bosu blast workout which also includes an awesome core workout.
