CIA 2605 Cardio-camp work-out

I just did Sharon's workout this morning and all I can say is WOW!!!
It was really intense, I kept thinking am I gonna have to stop and take a breather?? Luckily I made it through. jsut wish it had more chest and back, but i can always tack some on afterward!

Yes, I have done her workout about five times now. When I first did it - it was on a 6" step - I did it tonight on a 8" step - It is a great workout. It seems to me that most of the workouts that I do that are all body workouts they seem to lack in the chest and back area. Do you see that ,too?

Maybe it is just because we are used to Cathe and she does not miss a body part. Most of the ones I do of other people tend to focus on shoulders triceps and biceps - and of course abs and the legs.

But I must say Sharon has an awesome workout there for cardiovascular that is for sure. Seazuns Bosu Blast is really great for the cardio too. It would have been really cool to get premixes with the two of them together. Seazun's ab work it great as always. Her new step workout Straight Up Step is her best by far!
