Thought everyone would get a little laugh at my expense - and this just goes to show how great Cathe is.

I was doing Segment 1 from Core Max today. The exercise on there where you lay on your side and you lift upper body for that oblique exercise... anyway - I'm dying and trying to figure out how I'm going to finish this blasted exercise and I'm reaching for the ponytail to get myself up there when Cathe says

"Don't grab your hair and pull you're only cheating yourself!"

She knows me so well!!!

That is a good one! I swear, that woman can see us all through the tv screen! That's one of the things I love about her--she is so real. You can tell she wants to grab her hair and pull just like we do! I love how I feel like she's right there with me.

This has definitely happened to me with other exercises. My hair's too short to grab, so I don't do that one, but often just when I'm guzzling water she'll say not to, or when I'm letting my head hit the ground doing crunches she'll tell me to get it off the floor. HOW DOES SHE KNOW??!?!
