christmas workout

I don't always exercise on Christmas (I'm not as dedicated as most of the rest of you), but today I did 30/30. This is the second Christmas in a row with a Cathe DVD. Now it's time to focus on all the rest of the days of the year for me :)
 
I did Shock Cardio Double Wave Pyramid HIIT and it was AWESOME! Short and sweet but very effective! Perfect work out for a busy Holiday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Choosing to celebrate that I can workout, I did IMAX 1 followed by IMAX 3. I had planned on doing all three but since we were going to a movie that afternoon, I just picked those two. I think that was enough. ;)

My day after Christmas workout was "Butts & Gutts".

I love this workout! It seems to never end though! By the time I get to the planks at the end, I am toast! :eek:
