Briee, what about taking a week off? That really seems to help me. I always worry that I won't want to start back, but it's just the opposite. I usually can hardly wait to start back. Or try doing some less intense stuff. We don't always have to lift as heavy as we can or do the most intense cardio. I have to to do this every now and then too.

When I need a push, I do whatever sounds fun to me. I'll pull out one of my favorite Cathe workouts, or I'll get outside and play. This time of year, I have a hard time working out indoors. So, I get out and ride my bike, roller blade, or go for a walk or run.
