Chest, Back & Shoulders + Scarecrows

I did my first Xtrain workout this morning and I LOVED it! I love how you never do the same exercise twice. I felt like each muscle group was worked comprehensively. I anticipate some serious DOMS. And I finished it off with the Scarecrows 100 Rep Challenge. WOW! I loved it! That really finished my shoulders off. They are still feeling very hard and I finished working out more than an hour ago. Tomorrow is Cardio Leg Blast--I'm excited!
 
I did this one yesterday, and agree with everything you said. The no repeats is fantastic. I am really feeling it in my entire upper body including my core today! I rarely get DOMS in my chest, but I have them today and my lats are really feeling it too.

If the rest of the set is as great as this dvd, I am in for a really good ride! (Corny pun intended :p )
 
Did this plus Core #1

I loved this workout. Did the regular workout plus core 1 and then added the scarecrow 100 rep challenge.....I can't wait for tomorrow!!

This series was exactly what I needed to kick start the new year!! I'm doing the 90 day rotation and I super excited!!

Thanks again Cathe! You deserve a vacation cause this series is so amazing it must have been tons of work!
