cathe i read that working your chest and biceps too much can give you rounded shoulders so i only work my shoulders and back slow and heavy and gym style. Do i need to work my biceps triceps and chest at all if i been working my back and shoulders to the max?

Hi Thinkgod1! Unless you are genetically predisposed to rounded shoulders or severely lacking in essential nutrients, working chest and biceps in high volumes would only contribute to rounded shoulders if you eliminated working their opposing muscle groups. Never eliminate any muscle group from your training program entirely (unless otherwise directed by a physician). You need to work ALL of your muscles in fairly equal proportions to prevent muscle imbalances. Reason being that muscle imbalances can lead to serious musculoskeletal problems down the road. So be sure to dust off the missing workouts to your Slow Heavy/Gym Style collection too. Good Luck!
