Hi Thinkgod1! Unless you are genetically predisposed to rounded shoulders or severely lacking in essential nutrients, working chest and biceps in high volumes would only contribute to rounded shoulders if you eliminated working their opposing muscle groups. Never eliminate any muscle group from your training program entirely (unless otherwise directed by a physician). You need to work ALL of your muscles in fairly equal proportions to prevent muscle imbalances. Reason being that muscle imbalances can lead to serious musculoskeletal problems down the road. So be sure to dust off the missing workouts to your Slow Heavy/Gym Style collection too. Good Luck!
