Crud, crud, CRUD!
I accidentally dozed off after work and *just* woke up (8 pm-ish). So, I will take care of personals now and skip an AM post, so I can make it up in the morning.
Sunny :: ooh, that sounds like a great, sweaty premix! Hope you enjoyed it...I did laugh at the falling on a pillow comment yesterday. I guess it's true that moms fret more over the firstborn?
Lorie :: yeah, I think you're right -- the pace will be frenetic until winter break. I would imagine you see a lot of need in the kids at this time of year. I have some "cases" developing, too. I had also asked about Linus working with the kids. Very intersting. Would love to hear more. Adorable pics.
Lori :: I remember your recent posts about MIL's comments. Don't know why folks think it's their place to comment about what other people eat...Here you go, losing weight during the holidays!
Wish it were me. *ha ha* Nice job!!
Judy :: shoveling is a great workout...any DOMS from it today? IA about snow being magical, esp. at night.
Wendy :: will go with the negative pullup tip this Sunday when I attempt them again...great workouts...thanks for sharing the info about the EXT. Looks like my solution to winter running issues...hope you get to try Chang's. I think you'll really enjoy it. I've tried a wide variety of items from the menu and have never been disappointed.
Carole :: you sure have convinced me Chi is the way to do that...hope you can get that pain under control...glad you're not getting sick! Hard to resist when you're in close quarters with those who are...Yesterday it dawned on me why I keep flirting with this bug. The heat doesn't work in my classroom, and the vent (which is right behind my desk) has been blowing cold air full blast at the back of my head. Explains the on/off earache and sore throat that's been going on; usually happens to me if I'm in a draft. I have been putting work orders in since Sept. and put in a complaint to the principal y'day, so they are working on it now. Finally!
Kristi :: great deal on your BOSU! I would never have thought to look in a Linen n' Things for something like that. Good for you...Hope you feel better and enjoyed the party.
Susan :: I like S&H, though it's one I don't manage to fit in all that often...Yup, I'm with you on the pathetic pullup count. I managed two, assisted.
Shelly :: thanks for the tip on the 4DS premixes...will give it a go...would be hard to choose from the pics...they ALL look good!
Jackie :: I am working on getting over that TM aversion as it seems like a winter necessity, but I have to say, I do feel like I get a better workout with my outdoor runs. Perhaps Grace will change that. Thanks for the feedback! iTread #13 sounds good. Was it an iYoga you did?
Thomasina :: YAY! You're getting a BOSU!!! Having DH hide it is probably a good idea. I would have a hard time resisting to try it out already if it were there in plain sight...Glad to hear your fitness room is coming along.
Wendi :: hope you get a good night's rest today. You work your tail off every day! I'm amazed at the workouts you do on top of it all.
Linda :: I have to say, unlike our Fluidity bar
, this is one device that I'm putting to good use...how long is that u/b premix? I think that sounds like a good option for me to get caught up.
I think that's everyone. Now I need to prepare some paperwork for a pre-observation meeting that's scheduled with my principal tomorrow. This is one of those weeks w/ 12+ hour workdays. I won't be too hard on myself about dozing off.
Have a great night!
