::: CHEETAHS ::: Tuesday

Hey there Cheetahs! I am so far behind with reading the threads that I have missed :( I know I have said this countless times....but I truly miss being able to check in at work! GRRR!

Cathy - Yay!!! You're getting and EXT? That is great! I'll bet you'll like it a lot! Does the Chiro adjustment relax you to make you sleep, or is it more of a "trauma" type thing? Hope it is relaxation! :)

Carole - The combo-by-combo way that you said would be good for that one! :) It is a brain fryer! It will be lots of fun once we really learn it! I am sorry about the fight with DH, but glad all is well now!

Jackie - Good job on the walk and stretch!

Shelley - That is cool about being able to do that on your Garmin for LV! doing your shopping after getting off midnight shift will be a good and pretty quiet time to shop, I would say! Enjoy your run!

Judy - Enjoy your race! That is cool! Enjoy your tennis and workout!

Lori - Oh dear! Your poor belly! I'll bet that was an uncomfortable way to loose a few pounds! I agree...I don't think it would be wise to try the Indian food again! Unless ...maybe you just had a bug and it wasn't the food after all!

Lorie - Enjoy the Expo! (and the race) Woohoo! I love races! They are so exciting!

Kristi - I hear ya on the heavy weights making you hungry! I feel like I never get full when I run and lift heavy!

Christine - I absolutely agree that Amy works us differently than Cathe. It seems as if my arms get sore all the way down and around the length of my arm (upper arm)! And everything else gets sore in different spots. I love her weights! They are really good for something different!

Wendy - Oh my goodness! I would have been furious! I have had a lot of issues trying to switch iPods, etc and I get so aggravated that I just want to scream! Good luck with it!!

Susan - Lol...that is a great idea! Are the Bickerson's getting tired of pushups yet? ;-) Wish I would have thought of that when mine were young! ;-)

Wendi - Glad you didn't have to have too much intensive dental work done! That had to have been painful when it happened!

My Tracey's came yesterday, so this morning I had to try out HISMII. So, I did that and SloMo B&S and the abs from HISMII. It was a really good step workout! It was a little easier to catch on to than Amy's. It has a really good combination of athletic-type moves and then a little dancey choreography. The music is good too! I am getting ready to go preview the Parts DVD.

This is bad....I have done 2 step workouts this week and am starting to get hooked on it again! I "can't" slack on my running! But I am having fun! :7

Hopefully, I will be able to check in tomorrow...but if not ...I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

lori-i was referring to michael vick (or michael dick as i like to call him). he's an american football player who abused, killed, and tortured tons of poor, defenseless animals.

I am in a very quiet house right now. DS is up for the night and DH went to bed BEFORE him! LOL DH has to be back at work at 1am for an emergency over-nighter. He'll back back home by about noon tomorrow. Atleast after that he won't have to go back to work until Friday.

Cathy: Hope you are resting well tonight!:)

Linda: Glad you enjoyed your new work outs so far. I am starting to do more step as well as other dvd work outs again lately too. I love running but feel like mixing it up a bit. I have vowed to myself to run once a week no matter what though! I will obviously increase that number when it comes times to train for a big race. Speaking of big races...I have a hilly 15k coming up and have had NO TIME to train for it! I am askeered! Gonna have to be VERY careful!

Lori: Glad you are enjoying the new series so far. It's a butt kicker for sure. I LOVE IT! All of the work outs are fantastic though the step routines are a bit intricate for me.

Judy: Glad your shopping is pretty much wrapped up for Thursday's festivities! ENJOY! Good luck with Waldo as well. :)

Lorie: Hope you have fun at the expo. Glad Vick is where he belongs!

Kristi: I am the same way when I lift heavy. When I did the X I was devouring food like mad! Thank goodness it was mostly HEALTHY but still! I wasn't looking to lose weight though so I was okay with it. I didn't gain and lost inches so I was happy. Good luck with acheiving your goals. You are a cheetah! You can do it! :)

Jackie: Nice recovery work out you did today. WTG. How long will it take your legs to get "back to normal" after running the half? It took me the better part of a week!

Carole: Sorry about the fight and the resulting lousy day you had. Hope things are all patched up now. :)

Christine: Cute story about Jimmy! Thanks for the :+ . I like the P90 Masters series though I don't do the work outs often. It and the X have many of the same or similar exercises but Masters is an intermediate level where the X is advanced. There is an X-style rotation I printed out a while back when I first got the work outs that I'd like to try but I'm so indecisive that I just can't get myself to commit to it!:p

Wendi: If you don't mind my asking, why only the SO and you on Turkey Day this year? Your dinner sounds major delish! Enjoy it!

Susan: LOL about the bickersons doing push ups! Nice job doing the floorwork from B&G. TOUGH STUFF! }(
