Susan...welcome home! We missed you and loved the pics of you, Jess and the girls. I can only imagine the emotions you are going thru after seeing your Mom. I am glad you got to make the trip......good job on only pigging out once!
Kristi...glad to see you back again. I am so sorry about your grandmothers passing and I hope your little one is better. starting at square one is a good idea with what you have been thru.....good luck in your new years goals and I do hope your training for the half goes smoothly...
Wendy...sorry you are lacking some motivation, but it'll come back. Honestly shopping does work for me sometimes...
Christine...thanks! Today was much better and S&H was fun! The GS's have kept me strong so I was able to increase my weight with the chest work! Good job with the B&G premix...I still think the pizza press name is funny for that exercise...
My new DVD player is programmable so I programmed S&H Chest and Back so I would alternate the exercises starting with bench presses and then dumbell rows, and continue to alternate chest & back exercises. It was a great workout that way. I only ran 4 miles as I still feel a bit drained...and my DH is home sick.... x(
