Good morning cheetahs! It's a beautiful day here in N. Ariz and I just had a great 6 mile run on my favorite country dirt road, thru rolling hills, nothing too steep or strenuous-- like it is right outside my front door!
Thomasina- Great to hear from you whenever you have time to check in
:7 Sorry your TM is busted... makes it alot harder to fit in workouts with your busy schedule!
Cathy- Having fun driving around with your Garmin? Looks like you have a long work day ahead but a fun one!
SunnyD- Yes, you do seem busier now than when you were working "full
time"--but you definitely are much happier! There is a lot of "homework" that goes with being a PT that alot of people don't realize. I do so hope you find the time to post a pic, that would be terrific!
Marcia- Glad to hear you're fitting in some runnning time :7 I'm in the health care profession and I have to admit I'm quite puzzled by your pain question. It doesn't seem to be exercise related or induced. Is it along the entire left side of your body? Or is it more centered around your chest. Are you limited in your breathing by pain? and does the pain worsen with deep breathing? Sorry for the interrogation, just trying to narrow it down some.
Wendy- Hey, you survived your monster workout :7 And congrats on
getting up the motivation to get in a step class! It certainly does make a difference to have friends there! Sounds like a good line up of workouts ahead for you. I'm still holding off on getting in a p90x week;-)
Laura- Great to hear from you! That's fantastic that your MIL sold you the land! Building a spec home will save you alot of headaches that comes with a custom built home (believe me I know!) Good job on fitting in the workouts even with all that's going on! I have two of Amy's workouts although not the bootcamp one. I do enjoy her quite a bit and she does have tough challenging workouts (which I love!)
Judy- 6 miles and no pain!!! wooohoooo:7 :7 :7 Sounds promising!
Carole- I occasionally have a flair up with piriformis syndrome in my L hip. I gotta tell you, the foam roller really gets in there better than a tennis ball or anything else I've tried. And it's a heck of alot less embarassing than having a therapist massage your butt cheek;-) Sounds like you have a "butt kickin" workout in store for you today
Christine- Wow, is the supercrud finally leaving!!!! You really had it bad, poor cheetah! Yes, you defininitely needed a good hard sleep.... best therapy there is!
Jackie- Sounds like a fun "easy" workout day! Will your 7 mile run be your longest to date?
Time to get busy with the days chores. Going shopping at Costco and various errands. Later today I'll do KM or some cycling... not sure which yet.
Hi to all who follow!
