Sunny :: sorry to hear the swim lesson fell thru…maybe you can squeeze in a nap today.
Shelly :: Enjoy your w/out, the craft show, and best of all, a few nights off!
Wendy :: Hey, I say why not go into the muscle head section? If you don’t care for the machines, go do your thing, girl!…Oh yeah, leg work followed by a run has been spankin’ my you-know-what! So far, I’ve never done B&G in its entirety before a run. Ya might just have to be superhuman to pull that off, so my hat’s off to ya!
http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/77.gif I’ve seen Galloway’s plan advocate 3 days of running, and so I think it’d be fine to keep it that way, but Carole’s suggestion is a good one, too. If you want to be conservative, you could always start out with 3 days of running and add a fourth. My new rotation (which starts tomorrow) will include 4 days of running, with Sunday being my long run also.
Carole :: Glad to hear the pain has decreased – enjoy today’s run!…thanks for the link ~ I am downloading some now.
Jackie :: hope you had a great race ~ looking fwd to the report!
Well, I did a 30-minute B&G mishmosh followed by a 3.4 mile run. Whoo — does that getcha. No movement on the scale (boo!) but some progress with the tape, so I'm happy and ready for another round:
W: -.5”
LT: -.5”
RT: -.75”
everything else: no change
Enjoy your Sunday!
~Cathy
