Guess no other early birds are up n' at it to get this thing started.
Linda :: do you think you might be training too hard? I have been feeling good lately, but I definitely have had a few moments along the way like you described, when I thought I might've gotten in over my head. Completing 18 gave me a big boost. I also think the u/b circuits approach agrees with me, both for training and weight loss. Maybe change things up or take a week off from the weights?
Gloria :: we might be a little "form crazy" in my school.
I totally hear you on being tired. Same here. Nature of the September beast.
Sounds like a job well done. There are so many small joys in our day, aren't there?...I am making good progress with my challenge. I think I have won him over.
I have a professional development day today (already!), so I will be in the building but out of the classroom. I'm so happy I can wear FLATS and jeans today. My feet have been taking a punishing. I wonder if I am doomed to wearing unattractive shoes for the rest of my career or what. *lol*
