So far I did BM2-BC premix. Wow! I don't think I've done that premix before. Who needs coffee after that!!?!
Tomorrow kbox is on the rotation, so I think I'll add a little 3 mile run today.

Wendy ~ Cute pictures of Joey. The porta potty picture...too funny! I have to download my Halloween ones still. KPC abs are tough after all that punching. Today, I was able to do the snow angel in BM2 without falling over.

That's probably going to be ONE of the hardest things when I train for Chicago '09 is giving up the weights. I'll have to go back and read, but just lower body weights and how long? Or both upper and lower?
