Shelly- Thanks for the reviews. Now I want Amy's hilo knockout! But I must wait! Oh and I think you and Cathy may be right about the ITB. I will stretch and foam roll it tonight, and I will try to do it daily.
That is how I stopped the hip issue. I think my 'issues' are traveling south!

Wendy- I predict you will have a fun weekend with the Wii! We had a blast on new Years Eve with some friends' and Wii bowling!

Kath- I lived in the Syracuse area for 11 years. 6 of them in Liverpool. I have fond memories of our years there....what a great community. You are in the nastiest snow belt of the USA! DS goes to school in Brighton.

I forgot to report today's WO: B&G and chest, back & shoulders of Body Max (I will do triceps and Biceps tomorrow)

Sunny - LOl...yes, you were right about me loving Anthony! And now Keith, too! }( I previewed EKB and I think it will be awesome....although it looks very, very tough! Was it hard for you to do at first? HOpe you enjoyed your all sprints!

Kath - Yep ...I ordered STS the first day:+ I gotta have all Cathe's!! :p Awww! You lucky! I would be counting down the days, too!

Cathy - Hmmm...that is strange that the mentors opinions were so different! It won't be as long as it has been, though! ;-) It does sound like there are a lot of options to the Goddness workout! Keep us posted on what you think of it after a while. I will hold off getting it for a while }( Greg is replacing the DVD's,so that is good.

CArole - Enjoy your EXT, CTX and freestyle workout! I agree with you on it being bizarre that Madison does that! I just don't know what I am going to do.

Judy - My hip is doing much better, for now! Thanks for asking! Tell Barb we miss her!! Good luck with your knee and I hear you on getting impatient on the TM! When I go too fast for "me" on the TM....I do have pain in the knee and hip. Maybe you are onto something about slowing down some.

Christine - I am going to get that book! I have been saying it forever...but even the cover reminds me of Madison! Oh my....a bike trainer and court order! They are something else, aren't they? Sounds like Tucker was trying to save you from the mean ole ex-wife! ;>) Enjoy your RSS!

Wendy - I have heard of him, but I don't know very much at all about KB workouts. I am just starting to learn, but it does sound like a good deal! We put up a "gate" on the front deck so that she could not get up on the porch where the UPS guy usually puts things. Well..I guess he thinks he is not supposed to go past there...so he is putting them on the outside...just on the driveway???? But...I have been putting the shipping address for everything as my work address. Greg just accidentally sent it to the house ;( My 4DS's was my first experience with her chewing my DVD's. I literally reordered those (4DS's)and paid for them again with no discount. :<( I was still having everything shipped to the house at that time. Enjoy your Wii!!!!

Jackie - Your workouts sounds like it was a really fun one! I like how you switched it up! That is wonderful that your hip hasn't ached for 2 days!!!

Shelly - I am glad you liked Sharon's workout! I am really anxious for that one! I can't wait! LOL....well, not pet owner of the century...cause I was steaming on the inside! This morning I did Kelly Coffey Myers Step Boxing2 and 4DS Legs.

As I mentioned to Sunny...I did receive my Extreme KB workout. I am anxious to try it! I may wait til Saturday to do it, though!

Hello Again!

Well, I tried out iTread #24 - Armed and Dangerous. I liked it because I worked the entire body under an hour. Just what I needed after a day off. I stayed on the treadmill to get in a little over 3 miles when Grace started the cool down and stretch. I then had to try a little of Amy's In the Ring. I got through combo 1 when the family returned. I'll give the whole thing a try tomorrow. Hope it doesn't get too fancy on the footwork. ;-)

Linda ~ Looks like you've joined the crazy KB gals! :D ;) Thanks DS is better. That croupy cough is still hanging around, but it's not as bad. :) Oh no about your DVDs!!! :eek:

Kristi ~ Oh no, I'm not a "Super Mom". LOL! Thanks for the offer though! :) I had one (a Cheetah name), but need one less location specific. I know, I'm being paranoid. ha! Glad you went to the doctor and that it wasn't a tear. Just keep listening to your body. (((HUGS)))

Sunny ~ We actually need a new mattress, maybe we should hold off!!! LOL! So, what else do you add to Mint Condition!?!!?:eek: THAT'S what I should have done today!! Oh well. You're starting NROL4W early? I have to finish this X rotation out now. I'm halfway through it. I like it!}( Of course, I had to change things a bit for week 4 and, but I'll start week 6 right on schedule. :) Anyway, I can't wait to hear your reviews.

Wendi ~ I definitely can't cheat like I used to. It shows up so much faster now. :( Nice workout!

Wendy ~ Do you find your new do is easier to manage? Curly hair is nicer for the wash and go look. I guess I like being able to do both. :) Oh, I KNOW the X is working w/o even taking any pictures, but I'm sure the pix will be nice motivation to give it a go again in the future. }( Way to go on 90 minutes of yoga! IA about the SS workouts. They sneak up on you!

Cathy ~ Well, that's a bummer it was all work and no play for you, however, you'll be so happy when this NB is done. Your students will vote you Teacher of the Year!! No homework the rest of the year! Woo hoo!!! LOL! :+ Thanks for the KB review. I still haven't taken the plunge, but will at some point. ;-)

Christine ~ YES!!! That would be great to meet up for coffee. Just give me lots of warning ok? Especially with the kids being out of school, I'll have to get a babysitter. We would get no talking done if I brought them. :+ Nice workouts!

Carole ~ Glad you've figured out what was causing you knee issues. How did you like the PP's?

Shelly ~ We got some of the same new workouts! It was a nice surprise to see them on the doorstep! :) Do you that Athletic Jam could be used w/a Bosu as well? I just read your review of Hi/Lo...now maybe I'll try that tomorrow instead of In the Ring. :D lol'd about your Marie comment. What's with that name anyway?!?! ;-)

BTW, I have choc llamas aka choc bunnies that have not been touched. Anyone interested? :7 We have, however, grown these lizards like 7 times their original size. The Easter bunny found a winner there. :p Anyone else see these things? All you do is put them in water for several days and they grow. We checked the laundry room when we got home. Freaky how big they got! :eek:
