OK. I'm back! I had so much fun with the kindergarten class this morning. After two hours my small headache was quite magnified and I was ready to leave when my shift was done!! LOL!! I have no idea how teachers do this day in and day out. Cathy, you must have a tremendous amount of patience, compassion and understanding.
Susan, I am glad that you will be visiting your mother for Christmas. I know exactly how you feel about not wanting to travel, preferring to have your own traditions. We travelled once to my in laws, packing up our Christmas and driving it a two day car trip away. Ugh! I told my DH that I will never do that again! But, with your mom being sick, I don't think that you will regret it. If this turns out to be your mother's last Christmas I can't imagine that you would regret putting off your traditions for one year. And it looks like you might be hooking up with our lovely Jess!! Makes me want to go to Peoria too!!
Laurie, You said all you need to say for me to not like what's-his-name!! LOL!! To me the sh!t hitting the fan is what makes life worth it all! Seriously, he must have a very empty existence! Consider yourself the lucky winner here! I wonder how many more exclamation marks I need for you to get the idea that I mean what I say!!!
Christine, What rotation are you doing? I never caught which one it was. Maybe I need to do a rotation for once. I think I'm succumbing to whatever it is that ails Wendy when it comes to settling on what to do for a workout. Oh God, help me now!! (just kidding, Wendy)
Where is your new mall?
Carole, Your DH is sweet to bring you flowers even in times of trial, no? I'm thinking that my hands cramped in RTTC because I was using two 10 lb dumbbells and while my upper body muscles were not that fatigued (remember, I only got 1/2 way through) I think my hands are weak compared to my biceps, shoulders, etc. Not only that but I have carpal tunnel syndrome so constantly gripping the weights might be part of the problem. I think I might do better with a barbell so will give it one more shot using that instead.
Judy, Brrrr! Were you able to allow any part of your body to be exposed at all? I just *know* I would give up running outside in the winter if I had to deal with 16 degree temps.
Colleen, 7 degrees?
. Ummmm, I don't think wimp and Colleen should even be used in the same sentence!! Holy moly woman!
I do believe that's everyone here today. I'm going to go put on some sweats and lay around watching TV until about 1/2 hour before DH gets home. Then I'm gonna jump up and look real busy!! Have an awesome night everyone. Talk to ya'll tomorrow!
