Good Evening Ladies.
Time to catch up on personals and then I'm hitting the bed. I just finished Long and Lean Yoga and feel nice and relaxed and ready to snooze!
I am hoping to be able to squeeze in my Budokon work out tomorrow after work. I have a busy weekend starting tomorrow so I'm not positive it will happen. I haven't taken a rest day in almost 2 weeks though so if I can't fit it in, I am sure it won't hurt me! :7 I am DEFINATELY resting on saturday as I will be spending the day in NYC with my mom and 2 neices and then on Sunday I will be busy with family again but hope to get in some yoga in the morning to complete my "recovery week" and OFFICIALLY end the "X" rotation! :+
Cathy: OMG, the weather today about killed me!!! I felt soooo sleepy. I was ready to go back to bed about an hour after I got up! LOL After I put DS down for a nap I couldn't stand it anymore and laid down myself for about 30 mins. I had been managing to go w/o a nap this week since I am done with the X weight work but today I just couldn't stay awake....Zzzzzzzzz. LOL
Susan: Great work out yesterday girl! You are really coming back from your injury!!! WTG! I have created more then one BBC rotation as I keep changing my mind on how I want to do this. LOL The latest one goes like this though:
M: BBC Full Body/ Running Class
T: Cathe cardio or a TM run
W: BBC Butt and Legs + Chin Ups / Chest and Abs (no cardio)
R: Spin + Yoga
F: Shoulders and Back / Arms and Abs (no cardio)
S: Cathe cardio or TM run
S: Rest
Linda: Don't sweat the weight gain just yet girl! Get through phase 1 and measure before you get mad about the weight gain!
Jackie: I won't download the circuit style ITrains because I use the cardio equipment at the gym and I don't want to have to jump on and off of it and chance losing it in order to do the weight training segments. Oh well. One day I hope to have a TM and EXT in my home though!}(
Christine: (((HUGS))) for the tired Cheetah! What a work out today! You certainly "did" a Shelly! That's for sure.
Thanks to everyone for the kudos on my X results. I am happy. Regardless of the #'s, when I look in the mirror I know that all of my hard work paid off. :+
