CHEETAHS, April 9, Monday

The treadmill is a Sole F85. It has been two weeks since I ordered it and I was getting a little nervous! I have had trouble with tracking, etc and seems as if nobody could give me info. But...it looks like it is "here" now. :) Well "almost"!

Sunny - I only have downloaded iTread's and iClimbs.

Wendy - Glad Joey checked out okay! Glad you listened to your body and gave it a rest. It knows best ;-)

Kristi - Yay! I am glad you are doing better and will be able to run your 1/2! Your plan sounds good!

Cathy - It is Spring "break"! You need a break! ;) Enjoy!

Shelly - Sorry you had such a busy night at work! Great workouts you got in! Enjoy the EXT and motorcycle ride!!!

’m back!

I liked iClimb 17 – although I was expecting core work during the intervals. But, leg work is always welcome. The ab work decent, too, so I was happy! And Imax 2 was just fun, as always. I so enjoy that one.

Puppy news… Well Moose and Taycin have been eliminated totally. I guess they are both going to show homes. She was a little snitty at the end – I think she found out I wasn’t waiting with baited breath but was checking out other puppies, like I would, of course. We’re going to see Bobby on Saturday. If all goes well, he’ll come home with us Saturday. I have a lot of shopping to do between now and then! Wow. I have the feeling he’ll be home with us. Any ideas for a name? The theme of the litter is Blues/Hip Hop (NOT my forte) so his registered name is supposed to be “Black Velvet Gangsta Love” and as Bobby Valentino sings it, he’s called Bobby. I’ll be darned if I’m out doing agility and they call him be his registered name and THAT is announced. I hate rap and anything “gangsta” related… I’m thinking maybe Black Velvet Star Dust and naming him Louie (Louis Armstrong) which is more jazz, or Black Velvet Summer Winds and naming him Frankie (Sinatra) or Black Velvet Daytripper and name him Ringo. I don’t know – Black Velvet is the name of the kennels. Any other (or better) ideas? I’m not sold on any of those.

Carole - Yeah, I did enjoy the iClimb. It’s a great “overlunch” workout – I wasn’t really, really sweaty, but I burned a good number of calories. Sadie is a sweetie, by the way. Hope your message was fabulous!

Jackie – Jiggle free Buns – eh? Does it work? Sounds like a great workout.

Kristi – WAY TO GO!! Great job with the 10 miles! You’ll do the half easily! Isn’t it cool to run further than you ever thought you could?

Sunny – sounds like the perfect day – a scheduled NAP!! I love it – and could sooo use it! Sorry you had such a time with the boys.

Linda – that is so cool that your daughters run, too! How wonderful and what a great example of a mom you are!

Susan – Thanks sweetie. I’m starting to feel normal again. I did accept the job and I just gave notice here, so I feel like a huge burden has been lifted from my shoulders. It will be hard leaving (the VP tried to talk me into staying but there was no mention of $$$ so I basically said forget it). I like pilates, too – I try to do them once a week at least.

Wendy – hope your day is helping revise your mood. I hate when I wake up like that. I always feel like I’m being followed by a little black rain cloud. I’m SOOO happy to hear about Joey!! That is fabulous news! YEAH!

Cathy – can I have a good night even you do come back? :p I think it’s a good idea to spread out the work – gives you more time to enjoy other things.

Shelly – I’m laughing – actually, you ARE made of steel. If I can walk tomorrow it will be a minor miracle! Enjoy your motorcycle ride!

Enjoy everyone… Thanks again for everything. Nice to have a whole series of shoulders when needed. {{{{HUGS}}}} to all of you gorgeous ladies!

Well the first class is done. It was about a 30 min interval run. It was fun. It was cold out there though! Brrrrr! My day continued to be cr@ppy. I had no motivation to go to class but I'm glad that I did cause I was in a much better frame of mind when it was over!:)

I'm not quite sure what I'll do tomorrow. Either Yoga or Core Syn is my plan at the moment...We'll see what happens.

I'll be back in the morning and I will catch up with personals then!

Good night!:)

Carole - How was the massage?

Kristi - Great job on the 10 miles!! Won't be long now.

Sunny - Hope you got a nap in. Jiggle Free Buns is from the Firm BSS4 with Pam as the lead. I enjoyed it. Feeling it too.

Linda - Hope that tm arrives soon. That would be nice if you and daughters could run a race together. My dd runs some but can't go a great distance because of a bum knee.

Susan - Sounds like the chiro is really helping. Only $75 at Target??

Wendy - Did the mood improve? Running in the cold wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Glad everything is fine with Joey.

Cathy - The spa day sounds nice. Hope you enjoy it. I like having days where I don't have to any particular place at any particular time. Good luck with the interview.

Shelly - You know the Firm. They come up with the craziest names. It's not a bad workout but it would be a walk in the park for you. LOL!! Just fit the bill after my run. Thought you might find this interesting. There's a 65 year old woman running a 10K in Memphis this weekend or it could have been last weekend. She's trying to beat her PR of 43:00.

Christine - Hope all goes well with Bobby and he gets to come home with you. My buns are sore. She does squats, lunges, plies and tall box climbs.

Better get to bed. Have a good night all!

Jackie
