I am trying to imagine what the drill will be like that is pictured with them having their hands on the step, but the rest of their body in the air! I am having flashbacks to terminator climbers! Ack! Actually, I love those, but they are challenging. What are your guesses on this pic?
I love the blog. I am so excited about this series.
1. Cathe's wearing pigtails!!
2. The picture below the heading "1 of Many Boot Camp Drills" scares/excites the crap out of me!
3. They're using the band and weights as markers - genius!!!
4. There's a "lateral shuffle" drill!
5. Everybody looks so darned cute and pretty!!!
Keep checking...they are STILL adding more pix! Sandra, I'm trying to figure that one out too. I thought maybe they were jumping up after maybe straddling both sides & then, feet together??? I like the idea of the lateral hops with all the DB's on the floor. Every series Cathe gets more creative. I can't wait. LOVE THE BLOG!!!

I also think they are either a version of terminator climbers, or a drill like what Sharon Money-Twombly does in one of her workouts: hands on step, and doing a move somewhat like a jack on and off the step.
I think the drills look very fresh, and no high cheerleader jumps in the bunch: hooray!
Okay, nighty everyone...they just posted the last one of the night. They better not be just saying that! LOL! (Don't mind me...I know I am talking to myself here while you all are Zzzzzzzzzzzzing away!)
The first thing I noticed (aside from just how pretty and adorable everyone looks!) was the pigtails!! I then gave a sigh of relief because I knew that
A.) Cathe always makes the workout FUN when she's lookin' this cute, and
2.) This workout will be a TOUGH ONE!! But who cares how tough it is when you just can't resist it!!
I so hope she has that same fun dialog as she has during the BodyBlast series. Whenever she's laughing at herself (and us, too!), it just makes me feel somewhat as if I were there in the gym, taking her class.
Gosh, I've got to get to bed - just can't resist the Blog pictures each night!!
Start at the baseline and run to the free throw line, then run back to the baseline. After that run to half court and back. After that run to the opposite free throw line and back. After that run full court down and back.
Sounds like run, eh? Sure it does! Be positive, all you scaredy-cats!
