CHECK-IN WEEK OF 2/12-2/18

Hi ladies!
Well, Brandon is asleep so I thought I would post. This past week was the start of my 60 hour weeks filling in in our manufacturing plant until they are fully staffed. I am beyond zombie status right now. At least Brandon is on a good schedule and only getting up about once a night now. However, tomorrow I start my overnight shift(7p-7a) for one week so my workout schedule may go down the tubes. We will see. At least I now have the opportunity to become acquainted with Art Bell again. He's my fave overnight paranormal talk show host. Any fellow "Coast to Coasters" in this crowd? :) I know one thing, this lab rat better get a huge bonus for helping out in manufacturing. It's amazing what these corporations expect from people nowadays. I am hoping to win "freelotto" and become independently wealthy!! :) lol!
Cathe would kill me if she saw this workout week I had but here it is:

Mon. IMAX
Tues. nada
Wed. IMAX
Thurs. nada
Fri. IMAX
Sat. nada
Sun. -- 30 min easy rollerblade outside
I felt I needed a kick in the pants so I just did IMAX almost exclusively......I certainly feel kicked!! :) I want to start the program Cathe outlined for me but I need to get my work/personal life settled down first. I hope this spring will be the time. In the meantime, we are enjoying our little Brandon so much. I have taken pix or filmed him almost everyday. I want everything documented. We didnt have a video cam 14 years ago when Matthew was born and I really regret it now.
Well I hope you all have a great week and for you gearheads in the forum.......I was truly sorry to hear about Dale E. He was quite a competitor.
Until next week.........

Whew!!!

Trevor~Thank goodness there were three nada's with those three Imax's!! Yikes, I bet you feel like you could do anything after accomplishing that tape 3x/week!!:-wow Hey, did you post any new pix of Brandon? If so, could you E-mail the info again as I lost all my saved mail this past week when our computer crashed. Thanks, he's such a cutie! Your-Friend-In-Fitness, DebbieH :)

WELCOME!!

Glad to have you join us in the check-in, Lora. Are you the same Lora that used to post some time ago? If so, good to see you back. I am not familiar with the "AI-stretching". Is it where you just hold a stretch for a long time while isolating one muscle group at a time? Just curious. Good Luck with your training for the race. Your-Friend-In-Fitness, DebbieH :)

RE: Wendy - Can't wait

Thanks for the update. My husband and I keep looking at the forecast. I hope the weather holds up until next week. The cloudy, snowy days here are getting harder to bear.

RE: WELCOME!!

Hi Debbie,
Yes, I've been here along time ago. I have a question to Cathe about "AI" and a link to runnersworld on the subject if you'd care to find out more. I'm not sure how faithful I will be checking in. I do plan on using one of Cathe's tapes tonight.Lora

Thanks Trevor!

I look forward to seeing more pix of your family! We are not sure what exactly was wrong with our computer, other then we THINK we had a damaged browser??? It took downloading AOL 3 different times and we kept losing everything in the process. I don't understand the whole thing at all. We did have a virus a couple of months back. Grrr! :-mad HOPEFULLY, we are back in business now & won't have any setbacks. Hope your week is going well also and give Brandon a big hug from us all!! Your-Friend-In-Fitness, DebbieH :)
