Is it possible to get information about the chaptering time-stampes missing in LMR2-Elevated Digital Download Videos?
It has been very useful to have them in other videos, such as STS 2.0 to enable creating Premixed versions of the workouts.
Mainely need them in:

- Elevated Mobility
- Dynamic Flexibility & Core
- Balance Fusion

Appreciate your help!

May be, I need to clarify my request. Attached two images, one showing using "Handbrake" software to identify and split chapters in LMR2Elevated, it identifies the whole workout as one chapter. Using it to identify the similar workout in LMR1, a detailed chapter list with timestamps is, automatically, provided.

My request is, if possible, to get the list of chapters and timestamps associated with LMR2Elevated to add it manually to the software program enabling identifying and splitting chapters, in a neat way?.

The automatic display of chapters is available in all my other digital downloaded workout series, except LMR2Elevated series!

Not Cathe here, but the forums are not well monitored anymore & about the only time Cathe or Chris visits is to announce and then post about the week's Cathe Live (Wednesday & Thursday). That said, you may have better luck sending an email directly to customer service. Just a suggestion.

@Nabbe47 , so I need a little tutorial. I've only used Handbrake to create rudimentary chapters in Cathe Live downloads.
?1: Handbrake allows you to extract whatever chapters you want based on the time-stamps and then
?2: create a different workout with those chapters?
?3 Handbrake copies the new chapters into a designated file and you can then edit the order of the files? Or do you use a different video-editing software program after Handbrake chops them up?
?4: If it's a different video-editing software, which one(s) do you recommend?
?5: Is it possible to extract/copy chapters from various different workouts and create a whole new workout from these? Using Handbrake alone, or with another video-edting program?

Thanks a trillion! That is GREAT. Let’s work it out on Windows 11:

What you have extracted are time durations of each chapter.

We need to translate this into time stamps starting from 00:00:00 and calculating intervals for each chapter all along. The following is the output for LMR2E- Dynamic Flexibility & Core, which you save them in a text file “Chapters.txt” (using notepad, it has to be *.txt file):

00:00:00 : Chapter 1 FBI Warning

00:00:07 : Chapter 2 Medical Disclaimer

00:00:19 : Chapter 3 Logo

00:00:25 : Chapter 4 Title

00:00:31 : Chapter 5 Warm Up

00:05:35 : Chapter 6 Main Workout

00:05:50 : Chapter 7 Standing Straddle with Toe Reach

00:06:45 : Chapter 8 Standing Goddess Squats

00:07:26 : Chapter 9 Standing Straddle with Thoracic Rotation

00:08:30 : Chapter 10 90 90

00:10:15 : Chapter 11 Hip Opener Combo

00:14:31 : Chapter 12 Kneeling Side Camel Pose

00:15:57 : Chapter 13 Half Kneeling Hip Flexor / Hamstring Stretch

00:18:31 : Chapter 14 Plank to Adductor to Side Hip Stretch

00:19:49 : Chapter 15 Cobra to Scorpion

00:23:04 : Chapter 16 Reverse Plank / Roll Like a Ball

00:24:18 : Chapter 17 Supine Glute Bridge

00:24:58 : Chapter 18 Supine Marching Bridge

00:25:40 : Chapter 19 Supine Hip Lifted Leg Circles

00:27:39 : Chapter 20 Deadbug

00:28:38 : Chapter 21 Hollow Hold

00:30:00 : Chapter 22 Superman

00:31:10 : Chapter 23 Bird Dog

00:32:28 : Chapter 24 Plank with Front Punches

00:33:18 : Chapter 25 Child's Pose Circles

00:33:53 : Chapter 26 4 Point Tricep Push Up

00:35:03 : Chapter 27 Hovering Bear Crawl with Shoulder Taps

00:36:04 : Chapter 28 Wide Arm Kneeling Shoulder Rotation

00:37:40 : Chapter 29 Cool Down

00:43:25 : Chapter 30 Credits

Since HandBrake cannot change built-in chapters in the video, we need to insert the new chaptering in the video file, using the freeware software “Drax”, which manages MP4 video files.

Download and install the file “Drax1650.msi” from https://github.com/stevie910/drax/releases/tag/v1.6.5.0

After successful installation:

  • Open the Drax app.
  • Click File –> Open and select the MP4 video file (LMR2E Dynamic Flexibility & Core in our case).
  • Once the video loads, click on Chapters -> Import.
  • Direct it to the created Chapters.txt file and load it.
  • When finished, click File -> Save.
Now, the workout video file contains the new chaptering and timestamps information.

Understand that you know how HandBrake works. You establish a queue of the chapter segments you like to include in your new workout video. HandBrake will deliver the separate segments you asked for. You need another software app to join those segments together in a full video file. I’m using “Fast Video Cutter Joiner” app, which is not a freeware, for its simplicity and accuracy. There are, however, several freeware apps out there: Here are two recommendable apps: “Any Video Converter” or “MP4Joiner/Splitter”.

Did succeed in creating a new premix of Dynamic Flexibility & Core that includes, IMHO, the 11 most effective Flexibility and Core exercises in the original workout:

Ch-3: Standing Goddess Squats

Ch-4 Standing Straddle with Thoracic Rotation

Ch-5 90/90

Ch-7 Kneeling Side Camel Pose

Ch-8 Half Kneeling Hip Flexor /Hamstring Stretch

Ch-10 Cobra to Scorpion

Ch-15 Deadbug

Ch-16 Hollow Hold

Ch-18 Brd Dog

Ch-19 Plank with Front Punches

Ch-22 Hovering Bear Crawl with Shoulder Taps

?5: Is it possible to extract/copy chapters from various different workouts and create a whole new workout from these? Using Handbrake alone, or with another video-edting program?
You run HandBrake for each workout video and let it extract the segment/s you want. Since HandBrake names the output segments after the selected chapter numbers, make sure that you rename your selected segments from each work differentley to avoid naming conflicts. Use your favourite Joiner app to put together the selected segments from each workout, in your chosen order and enjoy working out with your new creation :)
